Drakos stood up and adjusted his uniform, "Still. We must prepare... We are Foxeria! We've kept the peace for over a hundred years and we refuse to bow to a dictator! O'Hara my friend, I will see you on the front lines, we're not gonna leave our new stars alone!"

Falconan Moon - Lombard

Aleshya took out a few fighters and managed to avoid a few rounds, the dross carrier prepared to ready more, until a static discharge burst, and there was the Divine Intervention.

The Dross Carrier's captain appeared on Aleysha's holoscreens, the Mankey looking pretty worried, "Uh... Can I surrender... maybe let you take over my ship so I don't get shot down?"

Shifter hadn't predicted upon Dave, and was quickly shot down, "CURSES! I'LL GET YOU NEXT TIME!" he shouted over comms as his fighter tumbled, a wormhole opening to catch him.

Kevin just flew out, "Logan! Retreat!"

Logan grumbled, "Fine. This isn't finished Rio- ... No... Lucario Boy."

Silas laughed, "Call me Silas. Silas Grant."

Logan flew out and into the wormhole with Kevin.

Stellar Doom had retreated. Victory was to Foxeria.

Drakos appeared on everyone's comms, "Fantastic work! You pushed them back! With this, we can finally begin the final assault!"

"We didn't exactly beat Stellar Doom, it just became to nonviable for them to stay at this point. Though Dave. Nice work handling the creepy Pig," Silas responded.

Route 17

Archer: Hey kid. You ready for a rumble?

Shizuo: Don't encourage him.

Haina Desert

Locke: Okay, that's not natural.

Keithbin: What in the hells is that coming from?

Soujin: "Yeah, it'd be great to travel with you and the others..."

Rose: Think we should go investigate it? What if it's something attacking Scarlette? Like an Ultra Beast, since she just came out of an Ultra Wormhole?

Route 17

Youko stands up, speaking to the crowd.

Youko: Anyone not here that you know is coming? I'm still waiting on our special guests.

Shaun: "I may not remember the last time this happened to me, but I know you're going to mess with my memory."

-He sighs.-

Shaun: "Be careful, okay? I don't want this to affect anything else. I don't wanna come back and forget, like, the [English] and [Japanese] language."

Shaun: "I could be better. But...I'm okay. I just dread sleeping..."

Shaun: "*to Youko* I think someone else is. I'm sure Archer can guess who..."

-There's a light-hearted, teasing tone in his voice, oddly enough.-

Shaun: "A certain Mightyena with an intense dislike of poachers..."

-Shaun, Tsunami, and the rest of his Mons are here, fighting not one, but three 817s. Strangely, the route looks warped, almost as if it was created from memory...-

Shaun: "Now! Full-on attack!"

Tsunami: "TAKE THIS YOU BASTARDS!"

-She attacks with a Metal Claw. Ace follows with a Brave Bird.-

Ace: <Your time has come to an end!>

Lightning: <Stay away from my friends, meanie!>

-She uses Thunder Pummeling. Ruby whips her vines and uses Posion Sting.-

Ruby: <You need to learn some manners!>

Jessica: <Come on Jamie! Let's show them what we got!>

-She and Jamie get back-to-back.-

Jessica: <Prepare for trouble!>

-She uses Feint Attack.-

Jamie: <Make it double>

-He throws an Ice Shard.-

Shaun: "That's it!>

-All three 817s stagger. They link together by the arms and get back up. Six lightning bolts hit Shaun's Pokémon.-

Shaun: "No!"

-His Pokémon turn around, all sporting Slasher Smiles.-

817!Tsunami: <   You lost.   >

817!Ace: <   You failed them.   >

817!Lightning: <   You aren't strong enough   .>

817!Ruby: <   All your poor little Pokémon...   >

817!Jessica: <   They're all dead...   >

817!Jamie: <   And it's all your fault.   >

-Shaun opens his eyes, heart racing. He looks down and sees Jessica and Jamie curled up on his chest, sleeping - and alive. Tsunami turns from the table and looks at him.-

Tsunami: <You okay?>

-Shaun eases the vulpines off of him, grabs a Moomoo Milk from the mini fridge, and sits next to her.-

Shaun: "Nightmare. You?"

Tsunami: <Can't sleep. Decided to keep watch.>

Shaun: "I...I can't protect you. I...don't want to die. I don't want you guys to die. I'm...weak. Too weak to keep you all safe."

Tsunami: <No.>

Shaun: "No?"

Tsunami: <You admitted weakness. That makes you strong. I hate to lose. I admit defeat, and I am a gracious loser. Admitting weakness...a truly weak person would not.>

-Shaun smiles in the darkness.-

Shaun: "Thanks."

Tsunami: <Besides, so long as my heart beats, I will protect you and them. Even if I have to take on every legendary at the same time.>

Shaun: "That's my girl."

-He hugs her, which she returns after a moment of hesitation.-

-The rest of them awake to see Shaun and Tsunami sleeping with their heads on each others' shoulders.-

-As they get closer, the source of the column of flame is clarified, and Rose sighs in relief.-

Rose: It was just a signal, thank goodness.

-Indeed, it was a set of four Dragon Pokemon using various Dragon-type attacks to create a sort of beacon for Sam and co. to follow. The trainer of the Dragons in question looks at the group, and her eyes widen. She flashes a huge grin. Next to her, is a familiar one-armed Faller, looking even more unkempt than usual.-

Frieden's Office

-Frieden and Krieg are drinking tea quietly, before Krieg speaks.-

Krieg: Found any new information?

Frieden:...Yes. The fragment of the Guzzlord you retrieved and the appendage of 817 you retrieved both Vibrate at a very similar frequency. Why they both vibrate at a similar frequency is yet to find out why.

Krieg: That's it, huh......

Frieden: You cleaned up the place nicely though. Ordinary people won't notice a thing.

Krieg:...... It's the second time....

Frieden:... What is?

Krieg: That we lost..

Frieden: Oh come on Krieg, we didn't lose!

Krieg: We only survived thanks to the wormhole..... That's as good as a loss....

Frieden: We won't lose next time though..... Mark my words.....

-Has been observing the area for a while, out of sight of the Skull patrols-

-A group of Buzzwole fly frantically into an Ultra Wormhole, which is closed by the sweep of a sword-

The Wanderer: -Dispelling his sword- And don't come back!

Pikachu: -Sparking up- <Yeah!>

Judith: -Holstering what appears to be some sort of laser rifle- There's been more of the Ultra Beasts lately, more than there ought to be, even for a place like Alola with naturally weak multiversal walls.

The Wanderer: -In thought- You know, you're right, the walls seem to have been weakened a bit, but whether the cause is natural or by someone's deliberate design we've yet to figure out....

Well, thing is, my brother got involved with them... everyone told him it was a bad idea and he just made this rant about honor and brotherhood and how none of us really understood him. Teenagers, right? Anyway, I don't think he really knows what he's gotten into. So if you see him, can you get him out of there?

Lily: ...But don't send him to the hospital. Jen's still sore about the time you did that to her.

Zinnia: I'd recognize that mullet Noivern anywhere. What happened to ya, Gameboy? Choose a different franchise to cosplay?

-Rose, meanwhile, jumps off Sam's back, runs up, and gives Scarlette a gigantic hug.-

Rose: Thank goodness you're okay! What happened to you?

Scarlette: A lot... could we talk about it tomorrow? I need a shower and some sort of food that doesn't taste like stale Krabby. And like twenty hours of sleep.

Sam: <Good to know I'm distinctive!>

Keithbin: I've run into a few polymorph mishaps since I last saw you; on that note good to see you as ragged and disheveled as ever.

-Locke is looking between the pairs of Scarlette and Rose and Robin and Zinnia in confusion-
