Magnus panted a bit but quickly managed to regain his composure

Magnus: <Right, now that's that... now to the question about why you are wearing a maid outfit.>

Mireille (from inside her ball): ~He says that outfit suits you~

Sergey: "Ehehe... now, lets continue on."

Meanwhile, at a small Ranch outside of Johto's Goldenrod City

Senshi:<Remind me why we're here again?>

Jason:Well...ya already know how much trouble that Trial on Hokulani's givin' me.

Jason:A herd, easy.

-The door opens, revealing yet more very angry Chajibugs-

-Meanwhile Kuwagari, his own Charjibug, has already fainted, Zero is confused from the sheer amount of electricity, and the rest of his team's in decently bad shape-

-Jason turns to the trial captain-

Jason:This...is...ridiculous.

Sophocles:You said you wanted a harder trial, so I cranked up the signal. That bad or something?

Jason:Yeah but I didn't expect to play TWENTY QUESTIONS!

Senshi:<Oh yeah...>

-Beat-

-Senshi is not amused-

<You did bring that on yourself...>

Jason:Hush!

-Cough-

ANYWAY! I thought I'd...recruit an old friend.

Senshi:-blinks-<You...didn't bring everyone on your team when you left home?>

-Jason shakes his head-

Jason:He was...is...a bit on the...rowdy side, caught him around...gosh, 6 years ago, back when I tried the Johto League the first time. Mom thought'd it be best t' leave him with a friend of the family after he evolved. Real "out-of-the-ball" type, like Grim only...well, you'll see...

-Senshi tilts his head as Jason takes a deep breath-

GEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERJIIIIIIIIIIIN!

-This Echos a few times...-

-And all's quiet-

Senshi:<Gerjin? What kinda name's Ger->

-The ground begins to shake-

<Woah!>

-Jason hunkers down, knees apart, arms outstretched-

-A cloud of dust appears on the horizon!-

<What's->

-It's getting closer!-

<It's coming right for us! Jason mo->

Jason:Shhhh. I know what I'm doing...

-It gets closer and closer! A spinning, black and grey shape!-

<JAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA...>

-It collides witht he Auric with a bang!-

<-SE!>

-The pair roll a few feet!-

-When the dust settles, Jason is underneath a very happy, very licky, and very nuzzly Donphan.-

<Jasejasejasejasejase~!>

Jason:Pbbbbth!

-He wipes off a slight layer of Donphan slobber and pats the big guy on his side-

Hey there Gerjin...missed you too bud...oph...

Senshi:<Arcues above.>

-Shaun and Tsunami, the latter panting, bruised, and a little bloody, but otherwise fine, stand over the defeated Totem Metagross. Shaun steps around them and grabs a single Psychinium-Z. The Metagroos stirs.-

Totem!Metagross: <Erghh...so you have bested me. Take your reward.>

Shaun: "Already did."

-He flips his new Z-Crystal in the air before slotting it in.-

Shaun: "Need anything? Some healing, perhaps?"

Totem!Metagross: <I must decline your offer. But your offer proves that you and your companion are just and kind. What a true warrior must strive to be. However, one of my companions can show you how to utilize your new gift and can guide you to the exit.>

-At those words, a Krokorok appears and demonstrates the Psychinium's pose to the best of their ability, then beckons the pair.-

Totem!Metagross: <Farewell. You were a worthy opponent.>

Tsunami: <As were you.>

-They wave goodbye as they follow the Krokorok.-

-A Short distance away, there is another dust cloud like the last-

Verdant Cavern

Phaz looks at Sergey battling in his maid uniform and politely claps when he won the first battle.

Phaz: -smiling- "One down, go for the next!"

Route 2, Verdant Cavern

Sergey smiled with a blush as he heard the clapping, turning back to Phaz as he gave a thumps up

Sergey: "Well... okay, as we did it last time I guess, although come back for now Magnus."

Sergey recalled Magnus for now, instead releasing Aicha

Aicha: <Oh maid~> XD

Sergey: "How about we just go to the cloud there?"

And so they did exactly that

-And from the Dust Cloud, a Rattata tries to Bite Aicha-

Route 2, Verdant Cave

Aicha merely chuckled, evading the Bite and from behind them let loose a Fairy Wind.

-The Rattata is struck by the breeze, taking pretty heavy damage-

Rattata: <Blech... Of course I'd be fighting one of you.>

-They go in for a Hyper Fang this time-

Route 2, Verdant Cave

Aicha took some pretty hefty damage as well

Aicha: <Ngh.. on of me~?>

Sergey: "Quick, finish this with another Fairy Wind!"

Aicha: <My plan exactly~>

Moments later Aicha unleashed a 2nd Fairy Wind

Verdant Cavern

-And with that the second Rattata goes down-

Route 2, Verdant Cavern

Shortly after the Rattata Aicha also went down.

Segrey quickly healed her back up before recalling her

Sergey: "You've done enough for now."

With that he released Mireille and searched for the next dust cloud.

-As Sergey searches, out from the third dust cloud springs a Raticate-

Route 2, Verdant Cavern

Mireille staggered backwards a bit as the Raticate hit her, taking quite the damage. She shortly looked back to Sergey who gave a nod.

She quickly tried to grab the Pokémon to use Draining Kiss.

Verdant Cavern

-The Raticate, having their health drained, retaliates with a Hyper Fang-

Route 2, Verdant Cavern

The Hyper Fang brought Mireille to her knees, although she was far from giving up.

Sergey: "I believe in you, use another Draining Kiss!"

Mireillle quickly nodded, charging the Raticate to use another Draining Kiss on them.

Verdant Cavern

-And with the Draining Kiss, the Raticate goes down-

Ilima: "Ah, congratulations! Now head to the back to face the Totem Pokémon."

Route 2, Verdant Cave

Sergey healed up Mireille, for now recalling her.

Sergey: "Totem Pokémon eh?"

He sighed, releasing Magnus again

Sergey: "Well, are you ready to face the final challenge here?"

Magnus only gave a confident nod and grin.

Sergey: "Then lets do this."

They both went to the back now.

Verdant Cavern

-The back has no roof, so you can easily see the sunlight streaming in-

-There is a pedestal in the middle-back of the room with a glowing stone inside-

Route 2, Verdant Cave

Sergey looked around, taking a while to adjust to the sunlight again.

Sergey: "Well... here goes..."

He looked around, in the end going over to the pedestal.

Verdant Cavern

-A giant Raticate appears, looking down at Sergey and co-

Route 2, Verdant Cave

Sergey stepped back, gulping as he looked up the to the giant Pokémon

Sergey: "I-I'm here to challenge the Totem Pokémon."

He looked back to Magnus who gave a small nod

Verdant Cavern

Phaz: "Go for it Sergei! You can do it!"

Verdant Cavern

Raticate: <Then get ready...>

-The Raticate's aura flares to life, raising her defense-

-She then attacks with a Hyper Fang-

Route 2, Verdant Cavern

Magnus was thrown back against a wall

Magnus: <You and your biting all the time.>

He grinned

Magnus: <Let me show you what I can do!>

Sergey: "Use a Drain Punch!"

Magnus: <With pleasure! Rage On! Lets see if you still can use your teeth after this!>

He jumped towards the giant Pokémon, aiming for her teeth with his punch.
