-Rockruff growls and glares, an unexpected moment of something other than perky cheerfulness from her-

Rockruff: <Fine! Have some rocks then!> >:I

-She glares, though not intensely enough to be a move and kicks up... Well actually this time it's more actual Rocks that are Thrown rather than sand-

Pianis: So, I suppose I've got to give you a name now.

Sandshrew♂: <Once I had a heart, but now... now all that's left is just cold steel. That's what you will know me by.>

Pianis: Cold steel? Eh, it's descriptive enough. Welcome to the team.

Coldsteel the Sandshrew♂: <No one can understand my true depths.>

Icecap: <I think you'll get along with the others okay, darling. Let's just make sure Giri doesn't try to "play" with you again.>

Mahina: Hmm... how 'bout I inform Lele, the white-haired girl meets with Bulu and Sol goes to meet Fini? I mean, Koko already knows, right?

-Oscillot is wearing a dark, baggy hoodie and baggy clothing and is wrapped in numerous scarves over the spots that wouldn't be covered otherwise-

Oscillot: {Fine, the sooner we get on one of those, the sooner I can get out of this.}

-The Rattata has Rocks Thrown at him-

Rattata: <Geez, you got sour fast.>

<Fine, I'll play your game.>

-He goes in for a Bite on the Rockruff-

-Beat's Fire Fang begins to knock the Totem Raticate to low health-

Raticate: <Hm, guess I'll have to show you my spirit, then.>

-She chomps down hard on Beat with a Hyper Fang-

Beat: <Ngh...>

-The Yungoos Tackles her as well, knocking her to low health-

-The Gumshoos meanwhile, still with Sand in her eyes, tries to Bite Rockruff too-

Human!Ilya: Actually, I'm a fellow Legendary.

-frosts some of the ground over-

White Kyurem to be precise.

La: I already said, yeah, Tapu Koko already knows! But sounds like a plan.

Human!Ilya: Anything I should know about this Tapu Bulu?

The Tick: {On it.}

-approaches an officer-

{May me and my partner board one of these steely vessels?}

Officer: ...Sir I can't understand your accent.

Route 3

Mahina: Well, that just makes things easier! As for Bulu... well, they're pretty big, they have a shell that can close into the shape of a bull's head and they're... kind of lazy? Don't be surprised if they don't take what you say seriously.

Human!Ilya: -nods- Needs some persuasion, got it.

La: Sounds good, let's go.

-they head off, later transforming back to go faster-

(With all that said and done, there is a brief flash and Mahina is gone. The observant may spot an enormous bat creature with wings that seem to be made of the night sky itself rocketing away into the clouds.)

Oscillot: {Hold on...}

-They get out a writing utensils and scrawl out a few words illegibly on a sheet of paper that say 'ACROSS WATER AKALA'-

-Shaun is walking around, Jessica on his head and Lightning is on his shoulder. Ace and Tsunami are walking next to him.-

Ace: <So what are we doing again?>

Shaun: "Looking for anyone with a Machamp. I want to know what's behind that boulder in Ten Carat Hill."

Jessica: <Can't we all just work together?>

Tsunami shook her head. < Too heavy.>

Shaun: "Which is why we're looking for a Machamp and Ruby and Jasper stayed at the hotel."

Ace: <So where would we find someone willing to let one join us temporarily?>

Jessica: <Good timing!>

-She points her tails at a man and his Machamp.-

Shaun approaches the man. "Excuse me sir, may I have a moment of your time?"

The man stops and looks at Shaun. "Of course. How can I help you?"

-Shaun explains the situation.-

Man Ilima's Father : "Well, normally I wouldn't do this, but the crystal in your Z-Ring tells me that you know my son, so I'll make an exception. You don't mind, do you Machamp?"

Machamp: <I'll get to show off my strength! Of course I don't mind.>

Ilima's Father: "Good enough for me."

-The Machamp returns to its ball, which is handed to Shaun.-

Shaun: "Thank you sir. I'll bring him back in perfect health."

-They set off for Ten Carat Hill.-

-She Howls, rushes in and Tackles the Totem Ratticate-

A boat to Akala

-Alli is sitting on deck, slouching with an uncharacteristic sad look on her face, when Locke approaches her-

Locke: What's wrong?

Alli: Well, first thing's first, I'm sorry I kept rushing you to get on a boat to go to the next island. It was... Childish of me.

Locke: Alli, it's no problem, I kept finding distractions.

Alli: Still. It makes me keep worrying I'm just really immature and everyone knows I'm immature and that's why I'm so far behind.

Locke: What do you mean?

Alli: My mom made herself a legend before I was even born, and not even death stopped her. My brother's a Frontier Brain. My ancestors were two of the most powerful Warlords in Ransei. Even you are technically my umpteeth great uncle or something. All that's staring me in the face and telling me to grow up.

-Locke sighs and sits next to Alli-

Locke: Don't beat yourself up. Growing up's not something you can force, and especially not by comparing yourself to others.

-he smiles a bit-

For what it's worth I'm glad to have you around.

-Alli smiles back-

Alli: Thanks, Locke.

-Suddenly, Locke's phone buzzes, and he pulls it out-

-Before he can finish a Wingull snatches the phone from Locke's hands-

Locke: ...What? No, NO! WHY?!

Alli: ...Well that kind of sucks.

Akala Shore, a bit later

-The Wingull, having determined the phone is not edible, plunks it off here. As the phone sits screen up in the sand Robin muses on his fate-

-Loud footsteps approach his position-

Will resume this tomorrow, for now, thoughts?

I literally haven't been able to look at the thread for at least a week but have a thing where I realize I have a lot more small mon than I thought I guess

Blitz: Gotta admit, this is one thing I can't really do as a Mew...

-This evening finds Blitz swimming around a short ways away from the shoreline flanked by Genji the Froakie and Moko the Poppilo while Juste the Mantyke swims around and flappa jumps out of the water occasionally as they head back to shore-

The body shape is all weird for swimming, though I guess the floating and stuff makes up for it

-On the shore Pipit the 'link' hat wearing shiny Ralts is making a sand castle with Mei the Sneasle while a Torchik is scratching holes in the sand in search of something or other-

-Once Blitz has dried a bit he grabs his bag of beach gear and puts it over a shoulder-

Blitz: "Alright, come on guys. It's about time to head back"

-With the Tackle, the Raticate falls-

Raticate: <Guess that's... it for me...>

-As this happens, Beat begins to glow-

-She grows larger, her front paws increase in size, and a bauble-like fire sac appears under her neck-

-When the light fades, she is a Torracat-

Beat: <Ha! Try and stop me n->

-She is then struck by the Yungoos' Tackle and faints-

Soujin: "Hm... Good she evolved, but..."

-He recalls the Torracat-

Rattata: <Hey, don't think you can get away with that!>

-He leaps at the Rockruff with a Bite-

Scarlette: ...Um... I, uh... sorry, um, I... get kinda uncomfortable around people I don't know in places I don't know. If, uh, if you meet Rose, maybe she'll be okay with it? She should be somewhere around here. Red hair, sweater with a white rose on it, has a Spearow, a Growlithe, and a Pikachu...

-The Rockruff is knocked aside by the Bite and cringes as she gets back up-

Rockruff: <Might need proper noms soon... But first, still a big guy left.>

-She barks and starts Throwing Rocks again, this time at the Gumshoos-

Ultra Space, C.C. Camp [?]

Phaz: ...oh... my head's feeling like it has been split open...

Cynthia: ~...You're awake...~

Phaz: Cynthia! ...Finally... You've missed me...

Cynthia: ~Yeah, uh, stay away from me for a bit. You've got problems last time we've seen.~

Phaz: ...Problems?

Cynthia: ~You don't remember?~

Phaz: Yeah, I totally forgot what happened last time I was here. Dimention travel 'n' stuff...

Cynthia: ~Okay, so basically you snapped out of your mind, and started to ask us to incapacitate C.C. with attacks.~

Phaz: ...I did that?... Hmmmmrnn... No... No matter how hard I try, I can't remember...

Cynthia: ~Yeah, anyways, you did this and Ashley and I were forced to send you back inside the real world.~

Phaz: ...Oh. How did I snap?

Cynthia: ~Not saying. The simple fact that you forgot is already good for me. You got cookies?~

Phaz: Yeah. Hungry, are you?

Cynthia: ~You can't imagine.~

She starts chewing on one from a pack Phaz handed him.

Cynthia: ~...I missed you.~

Phaz: ...Me too. You can't imagine.

Ace: <So you just boot it up and tap on the Tauros?>

Shaun: "I guess so."

-He taps on the Ride Pager. After a few minutes, a Tauros wearing a saddle gallops(?) up to them.-

Tauros: <You called, sir?>

Shaun: "I did. You got a name?"

Tauros Roderos: <Roderos.>

Ace: <Nice to meet you.>

Shaun: "So, Roderos, do I just mount you?"

Roderos: <You'll need to put on this safety gear first.>

-He indicates a helmet as well as other assortes gear in his saddle bags.-

Shaun: "Alright."

-He returns Ace to his Poke Ball and puts on the gear.-

Shaun: "Alright, let's go."

Roderos grinned. < Hold on tight!>

-He charges into the cave.-

-The Gumshoos has Rocks thrown at her-

Gumshoos: <Let's see what you've got, then!>

-She goes for a Bite on Rockruff again-

Soujin: "Alright... your turn, Orlok!"

-Orlok is sent out-

Orlok: <Oh, yay, Totem Fight!>

Soujin: "Yeah... Try dealing with the Rattata?"

-Orlok gives a nod and Wing Attacks, which proves too much for the Rattata, and knocks him out-

Yungoos: <Hm.>

-She goes in for a Tackle on Orlok-

-Soujin and Orlok are likewise waking up-

Soujin: "Ngh... guess she was good at hiding what she was planning..."

Heahea

-A certain Malamar and Granbull are wandering around-

Teacher: <I just don't understand why he wouldn't let me keep the chalice. It's much harder to find good help this way.>

Angelica: <Maybe you could think of a reason for people to follow you? More of a purpose?>

Teacher: <Hm, what better purpose could they have than following me?>
