-a certain glint in her eye suggests that it's not by terribly much. She grimaces at the mention of Alys-

Kirsten: You suggesting that I talk to her? No way. Nuh-uh.

-Lily is practicing a few moves with a pair of psi-blades extending from her arms-

Lily: Hi-yah! Those guys didn't even stand a chance!

Noelle: I know, right?

Jenna: -from Aurocalypse's shoulder- You guys could have fought them off with your Pokémon like normal people do, you know?

Noelle: We've got superpowers though! Why shouldn't we use them?

Pianis: Besides, if we had fought them normally, we wouldn't have gotten to see Lily do her best Zealot impression.

Lily: Zewhat?

Pianis: Zealot? Protoss zealots, from StellarCreation? You know, the guys who fight with their psionic blades?

Forte: Uh... oh! From that game Shadow plays!

Pianis: Yeah!

Lily: Uh, okay... whatever. I only play cool games, like Last Legend, you know?

-Blitz sticks his hands in his pockets-

Blitz: "It's not exactly normal... But If you can't at least point us in the right direction, I can't imagine who else would be able to."

SO! As many of you know, my last thing (Mt. Coronet Raid on Lazarus) fizzled out. Sorry guys. HOWEVER! Since some important events happened there (offscreen) here's a list of things that happened that were important!

THE LIST OF HAPPENINGS

Ryuko and Nui had another confrontation. In the end, Nui scrapped by on a close margin.

Red fought with her dad, Sean Duane, who revealed that he is working for Lazarus because the evil man is funding his life long dream - the search for the original plans to build [REDACTED G7 SPOILER]. He defeated his daughter.

Asura confronted Deus, the killer of his wife and kidnapper of his daughter, but was foisted off onto Yasha, who had an emotional duel with him. Yasha won, completely trouncing poor Asura.

Pentigan went toe to toe with the sniper Den in a game of cat and mouse on the slopes of Mt. Coronet. After three grueling hours, Pentigan won.

Elianne went up against Blue in a game of riddles, and eventually lost to the latter's superior wit. During that confrontation, it was revealed that Ellie, Blue's vulpine-supremacist Braixen, was a traitor, and in fact belongs to Elianne. Their names get confusing.

Finally, Glendower went head to head with Enigma in a contest of psychic power - which ended up a draw. Since that was the final match, the game was decided as being won by the J-Team!

Then, the confrontation with Lazarus! Going one on one, Munn took on his former aspect in a battle of first Pokemon, and then fists. Mid-battle, Munn renounced his current "patrons" saying:

Having done that, he fraught Lazarus to a stand-still. In the end, Lazarus' robot body blew up from overstress. However, the rest of the Seven Swords escaped, Glendower being sure to retrieve the Eclipse Robe.

Once the Seven Swords left, Munn was captured by agents of his former "patrons", saying that having renounced their protection, his existence on this plane is now forfeit. They then warped away with him, presumably to some prison-subdimension.

(On that cryptic note, he goes silent and stares at his gauntlet, curling and uncurling his fist as the metal practicality melts to accommodate him.)

-Kirsten opens her mouth to comment before her eyes are distracted by the gauntlet-

Kirsten: Hey, what's that?

-Eterna Forest-

-The monster's limb shudders due to the damage the uncovered orb on the shoulder takes, but wood twists and turns to cover that area with an sheild before it cracks. Volta's attacking of the mace-stub goes a little better, but the golem deciedes to attempt to swing the whole thing into Volta. Verigan and Kiaran look at eachother once, before they charge towards the shoulder sheild, destroying any glitch pustules along the way.-

-Eterna City Future-

Audra: <It was you?!>

-A frustrated and fuming Audra is able to recognize Cynthia's voice, and storms over to her. A nervous Huet trails behind. Ark briefly glaces at the forming scene, but shrugs and goes back to dozing in the tree she climbed up.-

Audra: <Do you know how long I spent trying to get a single piece of evidence out of that man?! Good Arceus, keep your kids on a leash! I want mysteries to solve, not mistakes caused by childish ignorance!>

-Huet glances nervously at the fuming Luxio-

Huet: Um... Audra, maybe this is not the best place to-

-Huet shuts up when Audra glares at him.-

CU - Theatre

Jacob: -He pauses when he hears the Shadow talk about him, trembling with anger-

-Then Ren smacks it down and he backs up-

"...Shiva, clear the field."

-Shiva roars again, swinging his trident and bringing down a rockslide on all the Hableries around him-

Ren: You have messed with the wrong person. There is no way in the Distortion World that you are my shadow, let alone me. Get my real shadow out here you sonova—

Shadow Ren: Ehahahahah... You're right. -a evil grin spreads across his face and straightens up, causing his wound to bleed over the front of his face◊- I'm not you. I'm my own person now...

-Shadow Ren closes his eyes as the remaining Hableries attacking the group freeze where they are and they break appart into black energy and smoke. Then, Shadow Ren's eyes snap open, and with a sound like howling wind, the doors to the auditorium are smashed open by more black energy and smoke. As his blood drips down his face giving Shadow Ren the appearance of wearing a grisly domino mask, the black energy and smoke flies towards Shadow Ren as is begins to swirl around him like a tornado, the Shadow self rapidly absorbing it. The air distorts the remain shadow energy being absorbed by the berserking shadow. Wicked blue flames engulf Shadow Ren, start from his face working its way back over his head then down his body◊. a Demonic face smiles sinisterly out of the rapidly growing fire ball. When the fire ball reaches a size that would engulf Giratina in his Origin forme, the fire dissipates, revealing Shadow Ren's berserk form: a huge, chimeric centaur-ish thing with a Ninetales body with the tails of the nine Eevee-line mon and Zoroark "arms" for legs. Where the Ninetales' head would normally be is a Delphox's upper body. The torso is covered by a white dress shirt and a high-collared, bright-red cropped jacket with bell-sleeves. The head seems to be more human-like but with Delphox ears while the face is covered by a reflective half-black/half-white angular mask that has evil-red energy forming a demonic face on the mask's surface. To finish off the appearance, a wickedly-tall, evil-black top hat rests on Shadow Ren's head as a matching opera cape constantly flares and swirls from Shadow Ren's shoulders. Space distorts as Shadow Ren changes shape an Mendel and Pythagoras are unceremoniously dropped amongst the group.-

Shadow Ren: I am the shadow... The true self!

-A burst of green and yellow flames extend from Shadow Ren' clawed right hand forming a black metal rod topped by a spherical, sinisterly-glowing, evil-red ruby.-

Shadow Ren: ALL WHO THREATEN MY HAPPINESS SHALL BE TURNED TO ASH!

-The ruby in the handle of Shadow Ren's rod emits a fiery red aura., causing Shadow Ren to glow red briefly as he boosts himself so he can use moves rapidly and with out interruption.-

And now, set up for my next big thing! Also, the vaguest of maybe maybe spoilers but not even really spoilers for G7 ahead.

Somewhere in a Certain Island Chain in the [Pacific Ocean]

The factory is silent. It sits, waiting. It is relatively new - though not in use, there hasn't been enough time for dust to really settle in yet. The robotic arms, sleeping over their assembly lines, hang like the legs of a spider in the quiet.

Suddenly, there is a hum - mechanical, not musical. A blue screen comes to life, booting up. Then, the hum shifts, finally swelling into actual words - lyrics to a song poorly sung, slightly off-key.

Lazarus: Obladi, Oblada, life goes oooooooooon, braaaah!

The robotic arms shake themselves into motion like wet dogs, moving vats of liquid and canisters of gasses along.

Lazarus: La la how the life goes on!

The assembly line finishes its first product - what looks like the canister to an asthma inhaler. It's labeled:

The arms swing it up close to a red-lensed camera, to be inspected.

Lazarus: And if you want some fun, take obladi bladah!

???

The castle is, mostly, silent. The only noise is the clanks and clicks and thuds of the denizens, the guardians, moving about on their patrols. And, high up, in the top of the tallest tower, a grimy piece of flesh hangs from chains. Its just a torso and a head - no arms, no legs.

And though his chest barely rises, he's still alive.

And though he cannot lift his head, he still sings.

Munn: You are my sunshine, my only sunshine,

You make me happy, when skies are gray,

You'll never know, dear, how much I love you,

Please don't take, my sunshine away.

CU, Castle of Reflections

-Sleipnir bucks and jumps as Verax grabs his neck. His powerful equine musculature is more than enough to swing Verax into the wall and drag him against it... Up until he is hit by Joseph's Sleep Powder. The Rapidash musters all of his adrenaline to fight it off, but only just.-

Dune: Good thinking, Joseph!

-Seiten comes down with a Low Kick, hoping to injure Sleipnir's vulnerable legs while they're leadened by the anesthetic powder.-

CU, Auditorium

Dune: Well, shit. I can guarantee that ain't good.

Galvani: <ALL CANNONS, FIRE!>

-Yurlungur attempts to hit the Shadow with Gastro Acid in a desperate attempt to neutralize the no-doubt dangerous ability, while Seiten comes in with a Low Sweep.-

CU, Skies of Research

-The Defense Drones are not particularly strong, and are each damage severely. They are quickly replaced by yet more drones as the group passes the median between the two landmasses.-

Galvani: <Oh, right!>

-Galvani twirls a magnet, and Yurlungur follows suit - the rain starts coming down around the group, though the water is oily and slick.-

Galvani: <That should do the->

-One of the Defense Drones fires a massive blast of electricity at the Protect.-

Galvani: <OH GENESECT>

Positron: [WHAT THE HELL?! They're not supposed to do that!]

Neutron: [Give me a second, I believe I might know where this surprising power is coming from.]

After the Raid

-there is a boy in his Center room, back pressed up against the wall, arms crossed over his chest, a pair of headphones over his ears. Though, considering how loud they're playing, they may as well not be plugged in at all-

-a Gothitelle frowns at him, shutting her eyes. The headphones glow purple, and lift off of Joseph's head. The music is paused, and Joseph glares at her-

Joseph: What.

Margaret: <You've been moping again.>

Joseph: "Moping" implies that I'm sad. I'm not sad. I'm pissed off.

Margaret: <And what are you going to do about that?>

Joseph: Well, what can I do about it? It's not like I know where the hell he is, again.

-a disgusted sigh-

Joseph: I thought he was through with this bullshit. I thought we were gonna go track down Jirachi and bring him back to normal so he wouldn't have to put himself in mortal danger all the time, and so I wouldn't have to wait here and do nothing. We can't keep doing this, you know. Something's gotta change...

Margaret: <Well, when he gets back you two can talk about it.>

Joseph: If he gets back.

-he sighs again-

Joseph: Lost him once. Not again.

CU, Theater

Shit... I'm almost at my limit.. Why now?.. That's a dumb question, he obviously planned this.. Arahabaki, and Daydre, as a result, are obviously heavily injured from the previous attacks. The Pokesona tries an Extrasensory, but the two probably won't last much longer..

CU, Research Skies

"... Shit." Arahabaki starts floating towards wherever the Beta Quadrant is more quickly, while trying to push any Drones that might pursue away with Extrasensory.

After the Raid

There is a dapper little man in a somewhat worn suit and a bowler hat standing in the corner of the room.

Cosmic Charlie: I can't help but feel sorry for you, kid.

After the Raid

-Joseph's head snaps up-

Joseph: How did you get in here.

-he glares at him, not standing up-

Cosmic Charlie: I go where I'm needed.

He tips his bowler hat.

Cosmic Charlie: The name is Cosmic Charlie. How do you do?

-the infuriatingly vague manner of speaking clues Joseph in-

Joseph: First, why do you feel sorry for me? And second, where am I going?

-Etran is near Aurocalypse. Not being one to start a conversation, He continues walking.-

Cosmic Charlie: Well, as you said, your man's missing again. I assume you want to go get him back?

Wilhelm: Since you're persistent, I relent. I'm not sure on the specifics, and I refuse to tell you or your employer exactly how I came to own it, but this gauntlet is capable of drastically augmenting any psychic power its wearer possesses.
