Captain Briggs: "For a few hours each night, yes. However, considering your track record, and your membership to the International Police, They've decided to make you a first responder. If there's an emergency, you'll be one of the first to be there."

I don't actually know the details since he's pretty doped up on painkillers and now sleeping. All I heard was a guy named Kusaru who's been giving him some trouble for a while also took a specific set of his pokemon. (And other than recent events, that's kind of a long story).
But if anyone wants to visit him he's at the Eterna hospital, second floor, room 4.

I haven't seen any sign of the missing arm, so unless the hospital staff stuck it in a freezer I don't think we've got it.
Plus, I think it's been cauterized? (I tried to look as little as possible) So, dunno what that does for reattachment or prosthetic options...

Claire throws a crude, poorly constructed Apricorn ball into a nearby trash can. Elise is at a table next to her with a few tools and two Apricorns trying to make a Pokeball.
"Well, maybe if I tried changing the hinge it would work? Or weakening the opening mechanism?" Elise asks as she slices an Apricorn open.
"Weaken the mechanism, then add the capture plating to the inside." Claire sits down at a table, her eyes glued to her Live Caster as it projects images of various clothes being modeled. "Honestly, I don't think you're gonna get this. You're not some prodigy who can do everything on her first try. Why don't I just help you pick out new clothes or something? At least that you probably won't be terrible at."
Elise inserts the white insides of a Pokeball into the halves of the Apricorn. "Because I want something new. Anyone and shop for clothes. Not everyone can say they can make Pokeballs."
"Well not everyone can pick out clothes that work for them. I mean, have you seen some of your wardrobe? Some of that stuff doesn't suit you at all. Like, a blue jumpsuit that looks straight out of some kind of lab? I don't think people would be interested in someone who looks like they just escaped a research lab."
"You went through my closet?"
"No, I just analyzed your wardrobe to see what would look good on you and what wouldn't. I have to say, some of your outfits do not seem like things you'd own."
"You went through my closet."
"Well, I suppose technically I did, if you wanna debate semantics."
Elise sighs. "Well, at least it was just my closet..." She screws in the last parts of her Apricorn ball. "There, I think it's done. What do you think?" She shows the ball to Claire, who stares at it intently.
"Hmm...cut is right, button could use some finish, hinge is kinda awkwardly secured but workable...and it's a disgusting shade of green. Not bad. For a beginner."
"See? I'm improving!" Elise smiles excitedly.
"Well at least something's improving."
