Salvador and Shaka stand up as the both turn to face Tagg.

Salvador: Well. Here we are in Ever Grande, right by this region's Route Victoire!

They two start heading towards the cave system.

Salvador: I can assure you that we'll find a suitable place to start in there... Heh...

-While following-

Muddy: <I thought we were going to wait to go through Victory Road.>

Eh, we're probably not going that deep into the cavern.

Victory Road.

Salvador keeps making his way through the cavern until he stops by an area where water is forming pools on each ledge, overspill trickling down each edge into the other forming a connected stream of pools.

Salvador: Yes. This seems like a good place to start.

Salvador looks at the pool on the base floor with a hrm, before he begins unfastening his vestments.

-In comparison I just take off my first two layers, leaving me with an undershirt-

As he finishes unfastening the bottom of his vestments, he grabs the corner of the fabric and pulls it up. Revealing that on the underside of his garments, he carries board up board of marked sotoba.

Salvador: Not my usual use for a stupa, but they will make excellent markers. Wouldn't you say?

While talking, he removes 7 from their holds and slings them over his shoulder. Shedding his vestments completely revealing that underneath he wears a black longcoat, thigh high boots held up by belts and strings adorned with various types of mourning jewelry and peculiarly some quite short shorts that invoke a look not often seen in men. The bright colors and flash of a hip scarf can also be made out from underneath the coat.

Salvador: -Adjusting the sotoba on his shoulder- Now, process starts from the Root. Opening the Chakras - or gates - is an intense experience on the mind, body and soul. Once you start, there is no stopping until you reach Enlightenment. You understand this, correct?

-Nods-

Salvador: Right then.

Salvador removes his hat, something which he seldom does. The silver chains of a diadem-esque piece of jewelry begins to hang freely oh Salvador's crown. Though, the centerpiece appears to be a Key Stone. Not any pink tinged rock.

Salvador throws the sotoba up in the air, leaping up after them and kicking six of them into the ledges below. He grabs the last one and lands on the top ledge, ramming it into the ground where he stands.

Salvador: -Turning around- Visualize this sotoba as representing Sahasrara, the Crown Gate. The one that, once cleared, you are overwhelmed by a state of liberating samādhi. This is your goal to achieve during your meditations. Many never reach it.

He leers before looking over towards the pools.

Salvador: Water flows through these pools much like energy flows through all bodies. Many just use these meditations as the path to moksha. Though as Aurics, we are blessed enough in order to weaponise our inner energies.

Much like these pools, there are several parts within the body where this energy gathers and swirls around. If humans were pure of soul, and our environments just as pristine, these pools within us would flow freely with divine energy and emancipate our souls.

However, humans are imperfect creatures, and life is messy. Filled with brambles and dredge that dirty our waters, clog our souls and block the flow of this energy.

Salvador looks over to how the spot in the top pool where the water flows over the edge are blocked somewhat but twigs and rocks.

Salvador: However. With the proper meditations, diets and exercises, we can purify our souls. And by doing this, remove the sludge that plugs the flow between the pools...

Salvador uses his powers to clear away the twigs and rocks blocking the flow of the first pool. Increasing the waterflow with enough intensity to remove the similar buildups in the subsequent pools.

Salvador: And allow such beautiful, pure energy to flow freely once more. Unhindered.

Salvador leans on the planted sotoba.

Salvador: At the moment, we'll begin with the first "Gate" - Muladhara. Muladhara deals with the most basic and primal of human instincts, survival. It is blocked by your fears...

Salvador leaps down back to ground level.

Salvador: Sit down. It is time we meditated.

-A certain Chandelure is wandering near the waterfall.-

Celebrimbor: *Sigh* <And yet, I still cannot find you...>

-Celebrimbor perks up and looks around.-

Celebrimbor: <Hm? What?>

-A Gengar hops out of the shadows of a nearby tree.-

Celebrimbor: <... Valvatorez?>

Valvatorez: <INDEED, my friend! It is GOOD to see you!>

-The Gengar gives a big thumbs up. He would give Celebrimbor a brofist is Chandelure's had hands.-

Celebrimbor: <What are you doing here? There is no Ghost population in this part of the region.>

Valvatorez: <I was merely visiting some old friends who work for the League now, now that I've made my usual visit to Mt. Pyre! The better question is what YOU are doing here! You never leave the areas around Oblivia!>

Celebrimbor: <Well, I was "caught" by a young woman, and she's supposed to be nearby. I sort of... wandered off a while ago, and now I want to apologize.>

-The Gengar lets out a surprisingly hearty laugh.-

Valvatorez: <GOOD for you! The Vow is the most important promise to uphold! Well, ALL promises are important to uphold, but of them the Vow has the largest repercussions. It was NICE to see you again, my friend!>

Salvador turns to Shaka and whispers in his ear.

Salvador: Go get the goods. You know which ones

Shaka: -With a bow- Will do

Shaka vanishes in a -blip- as Salvador sits down across from Tagg.

Salvador: To begin opening the Root, let the tips of your thumb and index finger touch, and concentrate your energy to Muladhara which rests in-between your genitals and your anus. The seed mantra for this Chakra is लं, laṃ.

But before we start...

Shaka -blips- back in with a teapot and some cups.

Salvador: Would you like to have some tea?

That's not going to be Ginema and Nanab Berry juice is it?

Future!Shaka: No lad.

Salvador: While it's true, yogis have used Ginema and Nanab berry juice to meditate for centuries. I prefer a different approach, personally.

Shaka pours the tea into the three cups.

Salvador: You see, certain foods and drinks correspond to different "Chakras". Since were working with the Muladhara, a meal of root vegetables and red food and drink is the best to assist with this chakra.

Shaka hands a cup to Tagg.

Salvador: This is Dandelion Root and Pomeg tea. Combining aspects of both the root and the red. It's a lot more palatable than a diet exclusively of Ginema and Nanab juice, isn't it?

Salvador: Thought so~

Salvador and Shaka pick up their cups, drink their fill and place them back down - empty. Salvador's expression becomes more serious as he and Shaka mimic Tagg's earlier form.

Salvador: Are you ready for this...?

-Puts down the tea and re-assumes the position-

As ready as I'll ever be.

Victory Road.

Salvador: Now, let's begin.

Salvador closes his eyes.

Salvador: The Root concerns your survival, and it is blocked by your fears relating to that.

What are you most afraid of? What do you fear is the thing most likely to kill you? Let them become clear to you...

Salvador: Tagg, your visions are not real. You are just concerned for your and your friends survival. But to complete the meditations, you must surrender those fears.

Future!Shaka: Cast them aside like leaves on the wind...

-Breathes in deeply and exhales out, as the visions disappear-

That... was a lot more intense than I was expecting.

-Looking at my shirt-

And I think I might need a new undershirt.

Salvador: I did warn you, and you asserted many times that you were prepared for what was coming.

Future!Shaka: Methinks you underestimated how intense the process would be~ And trust me, it only gets more so after this point.

Salvador: But in exhilaration comes clarity.

Salvador stands up and begins to stretch.

Salvador: I would advise a stretch before we begin with the next one. It both relaxes the body and allows it to adjust to the new sensations opened up. You should be able to feel a new surge coursing through your body.

Salvador: A Bridge Stretch is considered one of the better forms for the Root Chakra. But the whole idea of the Root is that you feel "grounded", so good form with your feet could suffice~

-Decides to try for a squatting stance-

Salvador: This bit is a bit harsh on me at the moment, due to still being expended from the Flare raid. So Shaka, care to demonstrate?

Shaka nods as he takes up a similar position to Tagg, placing his hands over his own Root Chakra. Slowly raising his hands, he glides them ups his torso and under his neck until he draws what appears to be a ball of Psychic energy - though it's a rich red in colour as opposed to it's usual pink.

He begins pulling the energy around him, twirling in time before he throws it off his body in the form of a thin needle. Which pierces through a rock so perfectly before exploding on the wall behind them.

Salvador: That is the kind of power we're dealing with here, and this is the most basic form.

Shaka is panting after the display.
