Sister Morphine: I see. That is a shame.

A Sylveon, also wearing a nun's habit, stalks up to them. She sniffs deeply around Miguel.

<Opium: He is clean of deals or protections. None have claimed him.>

Sister Morphine: Well. I hope you find your way to the right path soon, young man. Take care.

The two glide away.

Mossdeep

-Miguel blinks once, then shrugs-

Mossdeep, Nearby but Out of Sight

Sister Morphine pulls out a cell phone.

Sister Morphine: He is clean. A good subject, I'd say.

FUAM, Abandoned Manor, Ballroom

Lazarus: Excellent. Good work sister. Hail the Black Queen.

Mossdeep

Sister Morphine: Hail!

She hangs up.

Lex's Quarter's

As they traverse down the halls, the group are lead into an incredibly elaborate and deceptively large lounge room type area.

It has expensive looking couches with a fancy chaise lounge, a state-of-the-art small kitchen decked out with various sleek appliances - most created by Lex himself. A large, Smart TV decked out with a high tech surround sound system and various sorts of Consoles (some even a mash of various different consoles◊) as well as a wall of vidya and movies. It even has a water feature.

Lex: It isn't all that much, but it's nice for what it is. But, yannow, ma maison c'est ta maison

He looks over to one of the closed doors

Lex: Over there is the bathroom. It also has a jacuzzi tub and sauna if your interested.

He then points to the other door.

Lex: And that's my room. You're... not allowed in there, period.

... Well, it certainly screams "classist exterminatory group."

Pianis: Uh, nice place.

Lex: I fully admit it, I grew up a spoiled prince. So this feels more humble to me than I think it does to you.

Lex sheepishly rubs the back of his head.

Lex: But uh, yeah. The boss lets me keep some of the change we get from selling my inventions, and I put it towards making my room just that little more cosy. Yannow?

Brie: Well, it certainly does cozy well.

-she hops over to a couch and sits down-

-Tori is walking along the beach and dressed for a swim-

Tori: "Didn't think it would take that long to visit Mom and Dad... Bet Lane is wondering when I'll get to Mossdeep"

<Tori?>

-The girl jumps a little as she's poked in the back by a Greninja-

Tori: "Ah! Oh, I thought you'd be long gone by now"

-She chuckles and gives the mon a hug-

Shinobi: <I was just about to leave. Are you and Strom going to swim out to Mossdeep?>

Tori: "I don't have my translator right now, silly. Didn't want it getting wet"

-The frog gets a pat on the head-

"Say... Didn't your girlfriend teach you Surf?"

Shinobi: -Nods- <Nin>

-Tori smirks-

Route 124

-The Greninja runs across the surface of the water with Tori sitting on his shoulders, clearly enjoying the wind running through her hair-

Route 124 - Reality

Shinobi: Yeah, that'd be nice

-The Greninja is carrying Tori across the ocean, but instead of running he is performing a simple breast stroke just under the surface of the water while Tori stands on his head-

It's a good thing I can breathe underwater...

Mossdeep, past

Gogie: "Uh, well, I've got Hazard, Tale, and Sphere."

-He indicates the Charmander, Tentacool, and Wailmer in turn-

"Not sure how roles work out yet, though..."

-Gogie is a bit startled by Ruby's telepathy, responding to it by speaking-

Gogie: "Uh, it's fine,
but you don't need to do that.
I can understand you fine."

"You can what?> This was both Max and Ruby, giving Aiki an odd look as if they thought he was nuts.

<This guys off his rocker, cracked his nut, riding the crazy train, man oh man is he craaaaa-zyyyyyy~~~> This is Bram, fluttering around Aiki's head and talking extremely quickly.

Lex's Room

-Pianis sits on the couch next to Brie-

Pianis: Any chance of us getting our legs unbound?

Mossdeep

-A small shape is commanding two small objects to but heads...it's Iggy, snuck out of her room.-

Iggy:Ok...uhm...Tackle, Tart! B-Bitter Root uhm...

Bitter Root:<Acid?>

Iggy:Oh Right! Acid!

-The ramming worm is met with an acidic spray knocking him out as it impacts Bitter Root.-

Tart:@_@

Bitter Root:@_@

-Suddenly...glowyness from both mon!-

Iggy: ?

-!-

=D

-Bitter Root evolves into...a drooling stinky flower thing! aka Gloom!-

-...eeeeew, it drooled on my keys...-

-What do you mean get o...oooooh, that's my drool...-

-Uhm...well then...-

-And then there's Tart...a smooth silken shell surrounds the small worm...swirling and stitching it's supple way to- ok no more aliteration.-

Iggy:Come on come on come ooooon....

-Hop hop hop-

-The glow finally fades...-

-And Tart is...! A Silicoon, game over! A Cascoon!-

Iggy: =D

-Cascoon huuuug!-

Cascoon!Tart:@3@

-The small Daru girl yaaaawns.-

-Flops on the sand.-

-And falls asleep-

-...yeeeah, Lane had no clue she sneaked out...-

Just thought I'd do this before I get to sleep. Nite all!

Mossdeep, past

-Gogie's expression becomes a bit defensive-

Gogie: -muttering- "It's not that weird."

"I think it's a bit odd to be able to talk to Pokemon. I mean, like, obviously tons of people talk to their Psychic types but past that I've never heard of someone who can actually understand their Pokemon."

Mossdeep, past

-Gogie thinks about mentioning something but decides that'd make things worse-

Gogie: "Well, at any rate, I can."

"That is an incredible thing!" Max throw his hands up. "Do you know the kinds of things I'd do for an ability like that?! To be able to talk to my Pokemon first hand instead of having to have Ruby translate." This makes Ruby's ears droop and she turns her head up to the side in a pout.

Mossdeep, past

-Gogie becomes a bit disconcerted at both Max's outburst and Ruby's reaction-

Gogie: ...This is certainly a situation I didn't see myself experiencing another side of.

"Uh, I think there was a miscommunication somewhere in there."

"What?" He looks at Ruby, then rolls his eyes. "Oh calm down you drama queen you know I don't mean it like that, I just can't imagine how amazing it would be to be able to just, talk, to my Pokemon, all the time, whenever I want. I would have....it would have been so nice." He trails off, then shakes his head a bit. "Anyway, you have to tell me how you learned this."

Mossdeep, past

-Gogie gets a bit nervous-

Gogie: "I... pretty much knew it from birth, actually."

"Groudon's rocky hide, and you somehow aren't world famous?!" Max runs a hand through hsi hair, astonished.

Lex's Quarters

Lex plonks himself on a plushy armchair.

Lex: So yeah, this is my place. I mean it's quite plushy, another notch on the axe for reasons why Maria has nothing but bile towards me - among others. I swear if the boss didn't have my back working here would be a lot more troublesome...

Lex makes some sort of strange sound of awkward confusion.

Lex: Well, the issue here is that I can't really trust you to stay out of trouble - since you didn't really leave the island when I asked. Sorry if it sounds selfish, but I really don't wanna upset the Leader. If you get caught snooping around and I can assure you, it would be put either on me or my bosses head. And it's more likely to be pinned on me due to not sharing the rest of the leadership's... Unique moral compass.
