Shade puts on his coat.

"So, you like contests. Any reason in particular, especially after telling you I am an adrenaline junkie?"

Shade smiles, anticipating an interesting answer.

Shade nods in understanding.

"I'll be right back."

Shade runs to the nearest bakery.

(Hmm... I am low on funds, however I believe this is worth it. Aah, this looks like a winner.)

Shade buys the cake, and grabs some paper and a pen out of his bag.

Shade runs back to Psyche's side, and drops off the note and the cake. He then disappears in the closest of shadows.

Deziree: Oh, sure! I mean, I don't have quite the same style as either Psyche or Crewe, but now that I think about it that might just be right in the perfect area. How do you feel about skirts? Okay at a certain length, or do you prefer pants or dresses?

-She hits the button and the elevator goes up. It gets to the fifth floor before the doors open to let in a certain oblivious kid-who-is-also-in-fact-a-squid.-

Mao: ...

-Mao appears to have his nose stuck in a 3DS. He fails to notice the identity of either of the two people in the elevator as he goes to the corner farthest away from the pair.-

Deziree: ...

-Deziree shrugs and leaves him alone.-

Sarah: Oh, uh...

-She glances at Mao, not recognizing him, then shrugs-

Sarah: I... haven't actually tried on any skirts yet. Just dresses and... like, one pair of girl shorts.

Tori: "Weeeell... Contests are kinda neat, seeing how people have trained their pokemon to use moves in different ways to show off"

-She chuckles-

"But mostly the thing that interested me about Gym Challenges is the excuse to travel around and see lots of different kinds of pokemon"

Tori: "Watch out for those doubles!"

-She's too busy dancing to do more than glance in Ignia's direction so see how she's enjoying herself at the moment-

Deziree: Oh, huh. Actually, combining the shorts with the skirts helps alleviate the big, you know, "be careful about slipping and random gusts of wind" problem that skirts are infamous for. That, or skirts with tights. Though I haven't worn tights before.

-The sixth floor is reached. Mao stays put while Deziree practically leaps out of the doorway.-

"I have been to one or two contests, the way that they dislpay many of their moves and different combos for those moves always fascinates me. Concerning gyms it is true that gyms do encourage travel, yet from what I understand don't contests require travel as well?"

-Tori continues dancing for a bit, and gives a quick spin before noticing Iggy has been replaced on the other platform-
