Ray walked ahead to console the poor bird, embracing him in her loving grasp, and then whispered."Just a little more, sweetie. Use Surf, and let's see if we can end this."

His back bent, his sides aching, Huntington nevertheless nodded, drawing himself up to his full, though diminutive height, and said"<Y'know, I remember a quote, here.'When all pain has been suffered and all anger restrained, let loose the waves of thy rage!' Yeah, that sounds real intellectual, hehe...>"

Swirling his fins, eyes closed as if meditating, water forms from the moisture around them, twisting into being in tendrils, forming a sphere, spinning in the Piplup's grasp. Then, with anger in his eyes, he slams it into the ground, letting the wave loose towards the Nosepass.
