Hikari looks puzzled for some more time, before sighing and sitting next to Sarah

"You know, I can kinda understand you in some ways." she said in a much gentler tone of voice.

Blitz: "Er, I didn't mean-"

-Blitz is promptly dragged off, leaving Tori looking a little uncomfortable. It takes her a moment to notice Morgan, but she gives a distracted wave before turning her attention back to the Shiny Greninja and son-

Tori: "Um, sorry."

-She chuckles awkwardly-

"Didn't mean to spoil your your fun like that. Guess I kinda made a fool of myself, huh?"

Ray whimpered as Maria scooted away, reaching out with her hands, eyes still closed."''Don't leave me, Mar..don't leave..." her hands then fell to the side, as her cloak slumps off, but then Ray seems to slowly awaken, a determined look in her eyes, as she begins to slowly, and grimacing as she does so, walk

Cafe

Locke chuckled."Hehehe..oh well, these Pokemon of yours tend to be all for this, so it makes sense that they''d be like that. But I hope you're hap-" he's interrupted by an urgent shaking of his arm, as his turns to see Geo looking rather worried."<Master Locke! Come quick, a break in just occurred!>" For Locke's benefit, he urgently and energised gestured outside, at the siren sounds echoing from outside.

Locke sighed and nodded, and then slowly got up."Unless you wanna join me, I guess I'll see ya later, Lane."

Goldenrod

After dragging Blitz a safe distance away, Teishi begins speaking up "You were being kind of a jerk there!... By talking about yourself as if you were trash, as weird as that might sound, still, I don't think you should speak to family like that."

"<Well, it happens sometimes.>" said Sensei, unsure of what else to say.

"When you're exposed to the worst a kind of person, in your case psychics, can do, you can get really scared of it happening to you again and begin being wary of them all." said Hikari, taking her glasses off and cleaning the lenses with her labcoat "But that's not healthy, you know?"

-Blitz glances back at the others guiltily-

"Er... Guess I panicked. Didn't want anyone to know about the Gekkobi thing, but never expected someone to think I was Shingeko."

-He rubs the back of his neck-

"That could have gone better..."

Tori: "Er, you look pretty cool at least. Haven't seen any Greninja with that coloration before"

"<You sounded really harsh when talking to her, I know you want to keep things hidden but I'm pretty sure there must be a nicer way of doing that.>" said Teishi

"<Yeah, Greninja like me are on the rare side.>" said Sensei

Sarah: I-I know, but... h-he's... still out there... h-he could be anywhere, and I w-wouldn't know until it's t-too late...

-Blitz sighs, and lets his head slump slightly-

"Yeah, I screwed up. I'll... Find a way to make it up to her, or something"

Tori: "Every now and then we get trainers trying to breed pokemon for unique color back home. I'm sure you get plenty of attention for it"

"And what good will staying wary of all psychics do to you? Will that somehow prevent him from returning?" she paused, putting her glasses back on "No. It won't. The paranoia is just going to make you an even easier target because your mind is so unstable. If you allow yourself to give in to fear, then you're just allowing him to win. So you need to stand up and face the world. It's not easy, but it's the only solution."

Blitz: "I dunno. I've been avoiding her all week to keep her from asking questions"

-He sticks his hands in his pockets-

"Obviously that didn't work out so well. Guess I've got some work to do if I'm gonna keep my identity secret... Or more importantly, Sakura's"

Tori: "I can only imagine... Humans can be pretty selfish sometimes"

"<You know, hiding like that is only going to make people more suspicious about you.>" said Teishi

"<Yeah, it's a bit of an annoyance. I still have some trouble because I'm still a wild mon.>" said Sensei.

-Maria gasps quietly, retrieves the coat. And rushes to try and support Ray.-

Doesn't seem like the real Shingeko has any of these problems

Hikari then gives Sarah a hug "Look, Sarah, you have your Pokémon and you have your friends. I understand that you're scared, but instead hiding in your room, just make sure you're accompanied everytime you go out until you feel safe going around alone again. That's the nice thing about having Pokémon, they're pretty much always there to help you when you need them the most. Even if you're afraid of your own psychic types, you still have other mons, right?"

"<Deny and act naturally while using a good argument to help cast the suspicion away? You don't see Sakura avoiding everyone she knows just to keep her identity hidden do you?>"

"<Well, we're not a common sight in this region, that's for sure.>"

Blitz: "Well... No. But I haven't seen anyone be suspicious of her either"

-He pauses-

"Guess that means it's working"

"I just hope nobody decides Blitz would make a good addition to their collection while he's running around with you guys. There's a lot more trainers around here than the last few places we've been"

"It might come out as a bit of a surprise to you, but there was a time where I was really scared of Pokémon, and people." she said, still looking up.

"Yup." she smiled slightly "When you're raised in a family of breeders, you're pretty much surrounded by mons from the very beginning of your life. Mom and Dad had so many big, scary Pokémon, it made me scared to get anywhere close to them. Doesn't help that once my parents finally had me build the courage to interact with them, a Luxio bit my hand when I tried to pet it. That was a very chaotic day to be sure."
