-Pana might notice that Jason has dozed off. He has not drained anything to replenish his stores of Aura and is recuperating. Though the latter would be unknown to her.-

Pana saw Jan pass out, smiling and shaking her head a bit. She gets out of bed and sits down, sighing gently as legs move to her chest.-

Pana: I wish you were still here, Squirt... you were a great friend... but now... you're gone...

Squirt could only frown and hold back his tears, biting down on his lip gently to stop himself from crying.-

Jacob: -Smiles- "Oh hello Ellen! Er Ms. Ellen. Mrs. Amarin. It's nice to see you again."

"You saw that? Well, thank you regardless. It was... unique trying out a monotype team, and not even a full team at that. But still, thank you again. Edge been giving you any trouble recently?"

-Senshi poofs next to Pana.-

Senshi:<Don't worry, miss Pana, he is still watching over the both of you...even now>

-The Ralts gives a small smile as he glances over to the spirit.-

(Someone can be heard stumbling about in the corridors, muttering to himself in the voice of the one person Pana and Jason probably didn't want to see right now...)

Squirt smiles to Senshi, nodding his head before vanishing to do the spirit game. Pana could only weakly smile before hearing one voice that made her twitch. She gets up and walks out of the room, looking around to see Simon.-

Pana: ...

Kalos League Accomodation

(Simon stares irritably at Pana, looking like he's been sleeping quite rough.)

Simon: What? Does my presence offend you or something?

-In Pokemon terms...-

Jason is fast asleep!

Ellen: No, he hasn't.

-Beat-

Ellen: Well, no more than usual.

Pana: No... look, I'm sorry for what happened earlier...

She says softly, eyes looking to the ground.-

(Simon suddenly looks a lot less aggressive. Indeed, he now has an almost vulnerable expression on his face.)

Simon: You are? Tell me, what brought this change of heart on?

Pana: I found a hydreigon... it wasn't the one I was looking for... but it was diseased... so, I guess the one that destroyed my village was diseased...

Jacob: -Laughs- "That sounds like him."

-Thinks for a minute- "So... I was wondering something. Recently I've been torn between deciding to become a scientist or continuing with professional battling... and I realized if I like being a trainer and battling so much, that means needing to be able to find and fight the best there are consistently. I tried to think of where that could happen and I realized that doing that is basically part of a Champion's job, to help test some of the best there are."

"I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm considering trying to become a League Champion at some point in the future... but... well I know I'm not cut out for it right now. What I don't know is what I can do to start helping set myself on the path to be qualified for it. I was wondering if you had any advice... maybe? Any thoughts?"

-Meanwhile, Senshi shoves something like 3 sticks into Jason's hand for him to recharge. This also causes his to wake up.-

Jason:Huh? I...oh hell...I did it again...

-He gets up and walks out of the room, noticing Simon.-

Jason:Oh...it's you. Sup?

Simon: I had thought as much from the very start. Besides, there's no way Dougal could destroy a village - heck, he couldn't destroy a paper bag if it was tied over his head!

(to Jason) Oh, hello. You took your sweet time.

Jason:I was...napping. So, like I said...sup?

Ellen: Hmm... I admit, you'd be a lot more dedicated to it than I was. I mean, I was only champion for five months before I decided it wasn't right for me. However... first, I'd suggest challenging more of the world's Leagues as they exist right now, before trying to take places in any of them. You're from Hoenn, right? Try there. Like how I was born in Sinnoh before my mother moved to Johto; get to know everything you can about where you grew up.

Simon: Your girlfriend is apologising for her behaviour the first time we met. Apparently she's finally realised that one instance of a Pokémon that kills things isn't an excuse to damn the entire species.

-Jason gives Pana a small hug after hearing that.-

Jason:I heard the tail end of that. That's great! However,I ment what are ya doing over here? D'ya have a room over here?

Simon: Searching for accommodation. Do you know how hard it is to try and sleep rough in this place?

Wikstrom: (as his blades make extremely loud scraping sounds) Loud? Whatever do you mean, loud! A true knight adheres to chivalry without ever becoming loud!

Simon: (wrapped in multiple layers of blankets) urrrgghhhh. >_<

Simon: Well, that and the fact that I don't want to know what would happen if the security guards found me sleeping on the floor, but oh well.

Jacob: "Accumulating more experience is never a bad idea..." -Nods a few times-

"Yes... that's sound advice. Thank you, Ellen. While I hope not too much has changed in the year and a quarter I've been gone, a lot can change in that time, probably enough to need to re-explore it again. I might try heading back there after we're done here in Kalos unless something else pops up. Which probably will, now that I think about it. The Illusion people still need to be dealt with... I remember telling Tagg that we could worry about them after this shore leave but... well now it's later. So then yes thank you."

"... Also I hope you don't mind it if when that happens you might make yourself conveniently available to challenge to help gauge my growth? When I battled Pallad I couldn't even beat him with my whole team, I'd like to how I'd fair against the Iron Maiden Ellen."
