Sparkers happened upon the asphyxiated Aelia.

He flips her over onto her back and starts to repeatedly apply pressure to her chest, resuscitating her.

Verax: Detect! -He dodges the Will-O-Wisp as his Auric Chains vanish-

"Balthazar!" -The Hydreigon absconds from the fight and puts up a protect around Verax-

"Fools. Paradigm shift!" -The orange lining on his armor vanishes, the armor becoming solid black-

This armor takes on the weaknesses of the power it uses. Between Ghost and Fighting I can't find anything that fully protects me. So then... if that armor is powerful...

"Balthazar, dismissed!" -The Protect drops-

Foul Play!

-Becomes cloaked in darkness and rushes Pi-

Clockwise: <   There's more work to be done.   >

... Clockwise is right. And we'll get it done faster if we split up.

-she collects her slingshot from where she dropped it-

-she gives him a quick hug-

-Clockwise gives a short hoot in acknowledgement and nods to Ren before following Crewe as she dashes off down the hallway-

-after turning a few corners, she suddenly comes upon Dune's fight and stops short-

Clockwise, mind helping out here? They look like they could use a Noctowl right about now.

Clockwise: <   Of course.   >

-he launches himself into the air and starts charging a Shadow Ball-

HEY!

-Crewe takes careful aim and fires a rock at Juri's head from her slingshot to get her attention. Clockwise immediately follows up by launching his Shadow Ball, speeding it along its way with an Air Slash behind it-

Phenac Pokémon Center

"It's all right if you don't have a way with words, I've been aware of that for a long time now. Just don't go assuming that I want you to stay away from me, because that's far from being true." said Duke, now sitting next to Herbert "The only thing that's keeping thing from being like before is because you keep making wrong assumptions."

Leo and Leviathan groan as they're hit by the attacks, fainting in response.

Sam groans "Forget this! Everyone, front and center!"

Kimmy, Grace and Eneru appear and cry out against the shadow mon.

"Jynx! Aim a Blizzard at Vibrava and Ninjask. Kimmy, Screech at the Golem while Eneru goes in for a Brick Break. I'm gonna wake up Ed."

The team nods as Grace fires a cone of frost at the bug and bug-like dragon, the Ice-gem around her neck glowing to power the attack.

Meanwhile the Aerodactyl screeches loudly as the electric bear runs in and upper-cuts the Golem. Sam fishes a revive out of his bag and administers it to Eds ball.

Galvani: I just hope she's okay out there today.

-Juri catches Champloo's foot and slams him into the ground.-

Champloo: <Ouch.>

Dune: Crapcrapcrapcrap...

-Suddenly, Juri turns at the call.-

Juri: <Who the hell are- Gah!>

-She's pegged between the eyes, causing he left eye to spark a bit. She's hit by the follow-up Shadow Ball and Air Slash.-

Juri: <AH! Goddammit!>

-She attempts to retaliate by lunging at Clockwise with a Thunderpunch, not realizing that Garuda's Tailwind is still in effect.-

Phenac Pokemon Center

-Herbert is quiet for a while.-

Herbert: ...I don't know if that's the case... see, it all comes back down to me getting in the way of things. So I guess I'll just... be quiet, then. Or something. I don't know how to deal with any of this...

Cipher R&D HQ

-After a minute or so of Sparkers administering CPR, Aelia finally jolts awake, spluttering and wheezing as the world starts to come back into focus. She sees Sparkers on her chest, and starts weakly trying to reach for her gun.-

DON'T TOUCH MY NOCTOWL!

-Crewe launches another stone at Juri's fist as Clockwise banks sharply to the side and swoops around her attack, Pecking her between the eyes before shoving against her chest with his claws to gain enough momentum to break away again. He circles up high near the roof-

-Crewe starts shooting rocks at the back of Juri's knees and at her ankles as Clockwise fires another Air Slash at her-

"Two can play that game! Glossa!"

Springing into action, the Solosis throws up a Protect around Pi for a moment, absorbing Verax's attack.

"You familiar with classical mythology? Cuz I'mma get all Jove on your ass!"

He attempts to slam a Thunder right into Verax's face, as he's right there.

Phenac Pokémon Center

"Like I said back at the forest, you can be a hard person to deal with, but I still think that you're a good person and I have a great deal of respect for you, that's not going to change because of some small things, I can assure you that." said Duke, with a reassuring smile "... So, you're helping from afar? Is there a way for me to make myself useful and help?"

R&D Labs

-Juri is thrown back to the ground after getting pecked repeatedly, causing her eye to act up even more. She hisses as Crewe's rocks fly at her.-

Juri: <Enough!>

-The air around her shimmers as she attempts to stop the rocks, but her eye begins sparking even worse, causing her to cry out in pain before being thrown back by Clockwise's second Air Slash.-

Juri: <Stupid thing's acting up again!>

-She starts back up down the hallway, unsure of what to do next.-

-Ren is hugged briefly and watches as Crewe and Clockwise dash off-

Ren: -to Galvani- Galvani, can you get my tablet hooked up? I need Hebert to see I he can find where Kitsune is being held.

Sparkers presses one of his paws down onto Aelia's hand, the other he used to push the gun down the hallway.

He growls.

<Don't make me regret savin' your sorry ass.>

-Collapses for a moment before getting back up-

Really, did you expect me to stay down?

Jason growled and disconnected from the mainframe; the security was just too good. He began sprinting through more tunnels, his mons by his side, when he arrived next to Nico, a discernably menacing figure looming over them.

"Who the f' in 'h is that?" he stammered.

Verax: -Is full on hit by the Thunder-

-It doesn't do much more than blacken the area around him though-

-He retaliates with a Dark Pulse-

"HAH! Electric based attacks are just annoyances! You think we'd be dumb enough to let that glaring fault in machinery go unchecked for tech designed specifically to go up against Pokémon and humans? That suit of yours was discontinued before it even got to the beta testing stage! The fact you got it working means nothing, it's still riddled with bugs and faults. Push it to match this one and those unfixed hard flaws will destroy it. If you had to resort to stealing it, you obviously couldn't have perfected it's hardware. Software maybe, but it's actual structure is more than likely still flawed. You want to see Cipher Tech at it's finest? Let me show you, compared to that silly second rate piece of trash you have on!"

-Is hit by the Aura Spher and is sent straight into Pi-

-He takes the opprotunity to do a point-blank Nightslash-

-Clockwise swoops down past her with wide-stretched wings for a glancing Wing Attack, then draws up just in front of her and opens his beak wide. Crewe notices the glow and drops to the ground-

Dune! Duck!

-Clockwise screeches as he fires a point-blank Hyper Beam in Juri's face-

Herbert: Again, thanks... you know, after everything that's happened, I didn't think you'd be the one giving me support...

-He shrugs.-

Herbert: You could start looking through some of the files that the Porygon are downloading, I guess. I should get back to actually doing the kind of thing that mission control is supposed to do.

-He goes back to following the action in R&D HQ through the camera feeds.-

Cipher R&D HQ

-Aelia is still too weak to respond to Sparkers vocally, and wouldn't understand his comments even if she did. Instead, she weakly attempts to free herself from his grip.-

Sparkers takes his paw off of her hand and backs up a bit, staring daggers into her.

He turns around and uses Flamethrower on a wall, burning something into it.

Pi leaps up away from the pulse, taking a glancing blow.

"No. You're the fool! This suit is powered by a living being! A friend! One who grows and learns like any other!"

He parries the Nightslash with his sword, then steps back a few paces.

"Tagg, can ya buy me a sec or two? I wanna try something!"

He starts rooting around in his pockets for something.

"Come on, come on..."

-Galvani nods as she jumps off and jacks the tablet into a nearby outlet. She then tabs through a few screens.-

Galvani: Wow. I think Herbert's been busy. Most of these files aren't even password protected anymore. I'm still not sure where Kitsune's location would be, though.

R&D Labs, Outside Cid's Office

-Juri, her reflexes shot by this point, barely has time to backpedal before being consumed by the Hyper Beam. Attentive listeners might hear a blip as the beam begins to dissipate. The strange Medicham with the sparking eye is gone.-

Dune: Woah! Holy crap!

-Dune, having had to duck previously due to a misfired Hidden Power, was already on the floor. The hallway is now completely wrecked.-

R&D Labs

-Crewe pushes herself to her feet-

Clockwise! What happened?

-Clockwise lands hard on the ground, panting-

Clockwise: <   ... Tele... teleportation. She's... gone.   >

... Damn. Good job anyway.

-she walks over and offers Dune a hand-

Hey. You okay?

Phenac Pokemon Center

-Herbert's face pops up on the camera feed of Galvani's tablet, looking weary but determined.-

Herbert: Need some help?

Cipher R&D HQ

-Aelia tries to start getting to her feet by supporting herself against the wall, looking concerned by the Flamethrower but somewhat relieved that it isn't aimed at her.-

Cipher R&D HQ

Verax: "No dice!" -Jumps back-

"Balthazar!" -Again is shielded by a Protect-

-The trimming reappears, pink again-

"Okay enough games! Balthazar finish up with his team!" -The Hydreigon Hyper Voices at Tagg and Pi, before rejoining the fight-

-Verax's hands glow pink as he tries collapsing the roof down on Tagg-
