At the rate I'm going. You're probably complete it before I even boot Dawn of Dreams up again.
I need to stop buying more PS 2 games.
Click Click Boom BoomDon't feel bad if I do. I don't consider it a race.
I feel your pain about the PS 2 games. I just had to decide to go retro recently.

There's this used bookstore in my area that also carries old game systems and stuff. I go there like twice weekly. So, I've pretty much tripled my PS 2 library since I discovered it.
But I don't actually play my PS 2 that often. So huge library of games that I've yet to really play. I have problems.
Hmmm... Still need to find a copy of Onimusha Blade Warriors now that I think of it.
Click Click Boom BoomWould you actually play it though?
One can always dream. :P
Sorry for the double post but I decided to bite the bullet. I've done the dark realm with Ohatsu and Jubei as well.
Only Roberto and Tenkai to go. Sheesh...
Wow. You actually did it? Nice. Congrats.
Click Click Boom BoomThanks man. It is such a pain to do.
Definitely not what I consider to be 'fun'. Which is odd considering I think the rest of the game is brilliant.
I think I preferred the first three Onimushas.
I like the RPG elements and all, I just kinda preferred the weapon system in the first three. Instead of having a bajillion different weapons for each character you just get three per character that get cooler and more impressive with each level.
Click Click Boom BoomI think I'll take the middle road and say both had their fair share of pros and cons. Though I happen to like all of them pretty much equally.
Okay, I beat both Tenkai and Roberto's Dark Realm as well as completing the game. Fuck yeah, I finally did it!
Nice. *still hasn't even put it back in the PS 2 yet*
Click Click Boom BoomWell I missed out on my chance to get Blade Warriors and 3 but I'll still be getting 1 and 2 by the end of this week.
Samurai Destiny is the one supposedly most like Warlords anyway. I'll try and get the rest of the series next month.
It lives! It lives! ...or at least in Japan, it does -~-
But jokes aside, it could mean some HD bundles are on the way.

Unless Capcom has the money to pay Takeshi Kaneshiro, I don't think that's possible.
Watch SymphogearI started a petition for an Onimusha HD Cllection, maybe we can nudge Capcom into making one.

Unfortunately, there's a big problem. The actor's likenesses. Onimusha's main cast before Dawn of Dreams used the faces of real actors. Because of that, licensing issues keep Capcom from even bringing them up again. They didn't appear in the Capcom 30th Anniversary Art Book, and Niijima, Marvel vs Capcom 3's producer, mentioned that those licensing issues meant they couldn't put any of the trilogy characters in.
A corpse should be left well enough alone...Yeah, Jean Reno ain't cheap.
Not just Jean Reno, the Japanese actors who played Samanosuke and Jubei too.
A corpse should be left well enough alone...Well this is a fun necro with the above posts.
HD Remaster coming January 15, 2019 to the Xbox One, Playstation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Steam.
So I have a quick question: a major plot point of the games is based on an urban legend that Nobunaga was allegedly killed by an arrow during a battle but it turned out that that was complete horseshit. Was he actually hit with an arrow just not in a vital area or is it completely made up
You're going to pay a price for every bloody thing you do and everything you don't do. You don't get to choose to not pay a price.Ask the Fate series fans? :V
Mileena MadnessFate has Nobu but she never mentioned about that particular urban legend.

Alright, I'll get around to it...eventually.
