Welp, my dad goes into his new job this week. It seems like a pretty good gig, but for one problem: it's in Alabama.

Is there something wrong about Alabama or is it the distance he's gonna have to travel?

I'm...not really sure >.> It's all really confusing right now. The Alabama job was my dad's best offer but he'll have to live there and he can't visit over the weekends like he did the last time he got transferred somewhere, when he was in Arkansas. My mom's talked about selling our current house to move down to Alabama to be closer to him, but that makes me uneasy because we've lived where we are for years, and I'm personally hoping something happens to bring him back, as unlikely as it is. I mean, I likely won't be going with them since I'm close to graduating and will likely be living on my own by then anyway (something else I'm very nervous about) but them not being in Texas just makes me nervous.
In other news, apparently Jack Chick died.

Well, there's several things that I disagree with in his tracts (like the whole Catholics are Always Chaotic Evil thing). He may have reached many people, though probably not the way he have intended. The man lived a long time, I guess it was coming soon.

Yeah. I may find him morally repugnant, but at the very least, I hope his loved ones are okay.

Same. His heart was in the right place but the way he went about it was very wrong. Though there was like...one, I think, of his things that I approved of.

Dunno. I've heard from some that heaven also means a new perspective.
