maybe he just had a really high opinion of his big sis
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Oh god this channel is pure awesome condensed.
Every video where it's a boss against another is at least good, but everything involving Street fighter Gundyr or timing master Dragonslayer Armor is pure awesome. Nameless king vs soul of cinder is also extremely entertaining to watch for the sheer amount of bitch-slapping from both sides.

"when you stare too long into the abyss, Xehanort takes advantage of the distraction to break into your house and steal all your shit."...and why, just why did Youtube's algorithm's not find this guy's videos earlier for me?!
Haven't seen his whole library yet, but Sister Friede seems to give some pretty good fights, especially when pitted against the Soul of Cinder and Slave Knight Gael. The timing for both of their phases is perfect; Soul of Cinder takes after Gwyn once Father Ariandel goes down, and Slave Knight is knocked into his second phase the same time Friede reincarnates with the black flame. Also, Friede is surprisingly adapt with dodging most of their attacks; it's to the point where I'm wondering if her timing is just random luck, or if her boss AI was designed with the intention of being more proficient than the other bosses at evasion.
Well she fights and get stunlocked just like a human player, so she needs to dodge more often than say gael. She can't just stand there and hyperarmor through your attacks. the abyss watchers have tried that and we all know how well it ended for them.
Friede Vs gundyr is really funny too. It starts simple with gundyr getting surprisingly good hits, then friede gets serious and puts him at 20% health before you know it, and suddenly, He goes street fighter mode and Friede dies before getting to do anything again.

"when you stare too long into the abyss, Xehanort takes advantage of the distraction to break into your house and steal all your shit."Just an update I gave up on Dark Souls 1 as I found the performance too ass for my patience at this time. I’m playing through number 3 after having beaten number 2 instead.
Thanks for the inputs anyway.
If you're playing on PC there's a D Sfix mod to help it work properly.
I'm running dark souls 1 just fine on win10 so i'm afraid there's probably something you can do about that. No idea what though.

"when you stare too long into the abyss, Xehanort takes advantage of the distraction to break into your house and steal all your shit."So Dark Souls is coming to the Nintendo Switch, based on the recent Nintendo Direct Mini. It'll be titled Dark Souls Remastered.
Dark Souls on a handheld seems like a recipe for thrown consoles.
You mean it seems like a recipe for those replacement Switch $$$ for Nintendo.
The remaster is also coming to PS 4, Xbox One, and PC, bee tee dubs.

Thank goodness. Can't wait to play through this again with all my Souls know how instead of stumbling through it like I once did.
Some massively pricey trilogy pack for the PS 4 as well is a thing.
But hey, all three Souls on one system of your choice, apart from PC, since that was always a thing.
(Or all four if you coun't Bloodborne... But that would still leave out Demon's Souls.)
I hope they bring over more than just graphical updates, such as the quick select of your Estus in your item bar, omnidirectional rolling when locked on, etc and heck, I wouldn't mind if they threw in some items from the newer games as a treat.
EDIT; loool, got a Nintendo Newsletter in my inbox and it features Dark Souls on it, but they fucked up the catchphrase.
"Prepare for tough challenges..."
I thought we were already past the Never Say "Die" Nintendo? Then again, you apparently "don't fuck mess with a witch" according to Smash Bros.

If I find myself with any available cash when the remaster drops I'm getting this.
Kotaku: Bandai Namco wants to bring Dark Souls 2 and 3 to the Switch.
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."I'll be more interested in the remaster if they've made some gameplay improvements, brought some systems in from the later games maybe. I'm assuming they aren't gonna be fixing the more infamous problem areas such as Lost Izalith and the Bed of Chaos though :P
They should fix the bug where Lost Izalith exists.
If they were to fix design issues with DS 1, they'd be there a while. A straight port with usability improvement seems the way to go.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.I'm not expecting anything more than the original game with 60 fps.
Pretty much. There's not much they can change anyway.
I would like it if they let you warp to any bonfire, but that's about it.
As annoying as, say, getting to Vamos is, I feel like too many warp points makes the world feel smaller. The amazing world design is arguably DS' greatest strength, and it shines even more when you actually have to traverse it rather than just porting wherever you need to go.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Oh right, Vamos.
Yeah move him somewhere else.
Eh, I'd disagree with that. Then again, could be just me; using warp points in Dragon's Dogma never really made its world feel smaller.

Probably how it happened.
