This thread's for the Spider-Man comics and spin-offs, whether they're decades old or brand new.
- Apart from the main Marvel Universe titles, Ultimate Spider-Man, Spider-Man "What If?" stories, crossovers, guest appearances in other books, Alternate Universe tales and things like Marvel's manga adaptations are all on-topic here.
- Spider-Man 'family' books are on-topic (as are their own crossovers, guest appearances etc.) - e.g. Spider-Man 2099, Miles Morales, Spider-Woman, Silk, Spider-Gwen, Venom, Carnage, Black Cat, Red Goblin and Spider-Verse.
- Characters and comics that originated in Spider-Man but are no longer directly connected to the spider-franchise (e.g. Punisher, Silver Sable) are not on-topic, unless you're discussing historical connections and crossovers. If in doubt, check before you write a long post. If this isn't the right place, there's a more general Marvel Comics thread which covers them.
Technically, Marvel's Infinity Comics (and their predecessors, Infinite Comics) are webcomics, not comic books, but it's fine to talk about their Spider-Man stories here.
Discussions that are only about Spider-Man adaptations in other media (films, video games etc.) are off-topic, but discussing the differences between the adaptations and the original comics is fine - as long as spoilers for the adaptations are tagged.
Please follow the spoiler policy rules - tag spoilers for the latest issues, for any previews or content leaks, and for off-topic comics. When including spoiler tags, try to write so that tropers can make an informed decision before viewing them (e.g. which series and issue will they spoil?).

Budiansky, Budiansky how many babies have you killed today
Wait, that doesn't work
She can at least join the pile of goblins that took a ridiculously long time to be revealed as goblins

Forever liveblogging the AvengersInteresting how they did'nt cover the second time the baby was planned to come back, but from my understanding that was more a personal idea of Tom D rather than what editorial wanted. At least we still got Spider-Girl out of it.
All these pro-marriage CBR articles are making me very curious.
Well, Peter, MJ, and the Regent sort of, kind of, maybe remembered the "Renew Your Vows" timeline.
Yeah, we discussed that. Still weird that they did, maybe that can "sense" other versions of themselves in the multiverse or something
Looks like we're heading for the final week (or two perhaps) of the current newspaper storyline also. The wand of watoomb has been secured, Nightmare is letting everyone go (although he almost kept Xandu prisoner until Strange urged him to keep his word), and both Earth and the Nightmare realm is safe. The only element left to resolve is Xandu's crush on MJ and MJ pretending Strange was her husband to keep Peter's identity a secret.
I mean, Xandu's crush on MJ can be pretty easily explained with "she's a supermodel."
X-Men X-Pert, my blog where I talk about X-Men comics.I suppose so, though since I started reading the strip regularly in 2009, she's mainly stuck to acting in plays like "Picture Perfect" and the Marvella movies.
I read some of the 70s era strips, and one of her jobs to help pay her way through college was acting as a tour guide at museums

12 Times Mary Jane Watson Saved the Day (& Spider-Man)
http://www.comicbookresources.com/article/12-times-mary-jane-watson-saved-the-day-and-spider-man
For personal reasons, I don't cont the post-OMD stuff, but good list.
Pity they were sticking with 616 history, otherwise I'd have included the time she beat up Doc Ock in the daily strip from 2009, (or when she came to Peter's defence against Namor earlier this year), her battling Regent the first time in RYV, and when she flung Normie out of a window in Spider-Girl.

She hit him with a lamp.
She sure likes hitting assholes in the head.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersCan you blame her?
She'll promptly use the medal to hit Jackal over the head.
X-Men X-Pert, my blog where I talk about X-Men comics. That'll be a waste of a good medal though.
Especially since it'll turn out to have been a clone.
After DC's success with Lois & Clark, Marvel are doing AMS: Renew Your Vows by Conway and Stegman. Ten years since OMD.

Great news, given Superdad is kicking tail in the charts at the moment, it's best to cash in and see if it works out.
Hey, if that's what it takes for them to reverse OMD, I'll take it.
Just like when Marvel is shamed into hiring more women and POC writers. If that's what it takes, it's kind of sad, but still: I'll take it.

Guess I'll finally be following a Peter Parker ongoing again.

Yay, MJ kept that ol' Regent armour, which means she'll be saving the day a lot more often
According to the Marvel NOW checklist, this comes out the same month as Clone Conspiracy!

Yay! That book looks a lot of fun. And Conway has apparently been writing a great Carnage series, so I think it's in good hands.
So, is looking like Mattie Franklin is making her return...◊
And, um, there's this...◊
