This thread's for the Spider-Man comics and spin-offs, whether they're decades old or brand new.
- Apart from the main Marvel Universe titles, Ultimate Spider-Man, Spider-Man "What If?" stories, crossovers, guest appearances in other books, Alternate Universe tales and things like Marvel's manga adaptations are all on-topic here.
- Spider-Man 'family' books are on-topic (as are their own crossovers, guest appearances etc.) - e.g. Spider-Man 2099, Miles Morales, Spider-Woman, Silk, Spider-Gwen, Venom, Carnage, Black Cat, Red Goblin and Spider-Verse.
- Characters and comics that originated in Spider-Man but are no longer directly connected to the spider-franchise (e.g. Punisher, Silver Sable) are not on-topic, unless you're discussing historical connections and crossovers. If in doubt, check before you write a long post. If this isn't the right place, there's a more general Marvel Comics thread which covers them.
Technically, Marvel's Infinity Comics (and their predecessors, Infinite Comics) are webcomics, not comic books, but it's fine to talk about their Spider-Man stories here.
Discussions that are only about Spider-Man adaptations in other media (films, video games etc.) are off-topic, but discussing the differences between the adaptations and the original comics is fine - as long as spoilers for the adaptations are tagged.
Please follow the spoiler policy rules - tag spoilers for the latest issues, for any previews or content leaks, and for off-topic comics. When including spoiler tags, try to write so that tropers can make an informed decision before viewing them (e.g. which series and issue will they spoil?).

Iron Man is busy making bad decisions and shouting "YOU'LL SEE YOU'LL ALL SEE"
That pretty much goes for the entirety of the Avengers corner of the verse right now.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersThat sounds pretty familiar actually.

Well since you are interested, the comics focusing on other stuff in Spider-Verse are:
- "Scarlet Spiders" (Featuring Ultimate Jessica Drew, Kaine from the Main Universe, and Alternate Ben Reilly)
- "Edge of Spider-Verse" (Five comics featuring alternate Spider-Men [And Spider-Gwen] that take place before Spider-Verse)
- "Spider-Man 2099" (Featuring Miguel. Probably going to be part of the second trade of his series, whatever that'll be named)
- Spider-Verse (Two comics featuring multiple stories for Spiders involved in the main Spider-Verse event. Might be released in the collective Spider-Verse trade)

Stella ~Part 3 (Atelier Shallie)Ooh, now those look interesting.
So can anyone run me through how Marvel Unlimited and buying digital copies work?

The Scarlet-Spiders tie-in looks like it'll be important to the overall plot, FYI. Possibly the 2099 issues as well. Every comic involved in the event has a checklist of the issues that make up the story, arranged in reading order.
Marvel Unlimited you only pay once (and Marvel gets five bucks a month) but the tradeoff is it's a few months behind the physical releases.
The pig of Hufflepuff pulsed like a large bullfrog. Dumbledore smiled at it, and placed his hand on its head: "You are Hagrid now."If it's like Spider Island, won't the event just have a bigger trade that has all/most of the plot relevant issues included, part of ASM or not?
yeah its getting an omnibus.
Btw, anyone else hoping that we do get some more Scarlet Spider Kaine even after Spiderverse? (Not that both his series and NW ended)
Maybe have him team up with Ms Marvel?
...*ducks*
"You can reply to this Message!"Hummingbird/Ms. Marvel BFFs.
I would be totally cool with that.
X-Men X-Pert, my blog where I talk about X-Men comics.Me! Kaine still needs to go fight the Aztec gods!
Lafayette StrongI want Kaine, the grumpiest man in the Marvel Universe now that Wolverine's dead, to team up with Ms. Marvel, the happiest person in any comic ever written that isn't meant to be satire.
My various fanfics.Yes.
Kaine must always be put in situations that take him out of his comfort zone and make him miserable.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersSo... team-up with Squirrel Girl?
WHY IS THERE NOT A SQUIRREL GIRL AND KAMALA SERIES?
My various fanfics.Probably so Kamala can establish herself as a character?
I feel that if there had a teamup book, Squirrel Girl's higher memetic popularity would run roughshod over Kamala.
I'm not opposed to their two serieses crossing over though.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersKids these days, never crack open a newspaper
Forever liveblogging the AvengersCletus is bullshitting, right? Or is there some current thing where he's actually making an effort to redeem himself?
He was one of the inverted badguys. Or, as I like to call it, the only good thing to come out of AXIS.
My various fanfics.Axis probably.
It turned Carnage good wanting to be good.
Burning down a bank to stop it from being robbed, for example.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersMagic personality inversion.
The pig of Hufflepuff pulsed like a large bullfrog. Dumbledore smiled at it, and placed his hand on its head: "You are Hagrid now."Oh yeah, still haven't figured out how I'm going to get into this series.
The other series mentioned (2099, Scarlet Spiders) they're ongoing series yeah? What issue are they up to, cause I'm interested in other Spider-man related stuff.
How far behind is the physical is Marvel Unlimited? And are the digital comics equally as far behind as Unlimited? Then I'll have to compare them to how far behind the Australian releases are, I'm not sure how I can check that though.
I'm kind of interested in those though. Where are they contained?
Or are they just in other characters comic books because if it's something like "what Ironman is doing during Spider-verse" than yeah I guess I won't get into that.
