Play hulk ultimate destruction then prototype, they recycled basically everything. so yes, villain version to the max.

Is using "Julian Assange is a Hillary butt plug" an acceptable signature quote?

^^^Alex wasn't at ground zero, and he was still rendered a stain on the pavement afterwords. Sure he could use any nearby biomass to regenerate, but that doesn't change the result that if he has to then that means the Hulk had just beat him into paste and can do so again now that Alex isn't carrying several tons worth of biomass.

Of course, you're forgetting that essentially, Mercer has the same amount of strength as Hulk.

[up]But didn't we already establish earlier in the thread that the Hulk basically has a limitless amount of strength to pull from?

But what do we have to say Mercer doesn't? Considering he does have a tendency to Screw the Rules, I Have Plot! (note him developing that armoured form pretty much just because), when is his limit of physiccal strength ever shown?

Mercer's strength depends on how much biomass he's accumulated, Hulk's strength depends on the writer, but still has a basically limitless amount to draw upon.

I say we first figure out which version of the Hulk we're talking about: Savage, Professor, Mr. Fixit, Green Scar, etc.

Could Alex eat a part of the Hulk and gain his powers?

Nullchild: She-Rulk's story, as well as Rulk's, is a bit complicated. She-Rulk happened a little bit later after Rulk's premiere. Betty Ross and General Ross were turned into the two as part of a super-soldier program by Doc Samson and Intelligencia.

^^ If I had to guess, no. Since Mercer can only gain a victim's memories by consuming grey matter (a plot point with whats-his-face's suicide) it stands to reason that Mercer would only gain more biomass from consuming a piece of the Hulk...and thats if he doesn't react to gamma radiation.

I don't think Hulk's powers are necessarily mental in origin, that's just how they're controlled. Though how the gamma radiation and Blacklight would interact is an interesting question...

Would the way the nuke affected him at the end of the game help?

Nah, that was just the kinetic force, not the resulting radiation.

[up]That's what I meant. Mercer doesn't seem to be affected by radiation sickness or anything after regenerating.

Well, we haven't seen him affected by it long term. And remember, he is exceptionally weak to electricity.

^ He takes a pretty good chunk of damage if smacked by Cross's baton or if he's too close to an exploding generator (at the Bloodtox facility, for instance).

Its one of the reasons the rivalry with Cole Mcgrath developed, as it situated Cole as one of the few beings who could really pose a threat to him by pure coincidence.
