Me too, until I looked up the TVT characters page because I forgot Marie's name, and saw that Eloise's profile had a crop-up of her face from this new strip (probably because Art Evolution makes her look quite different compared to her first appearance). They really do look alike, don't they?

Two cartoon-strip cute girls with spiky blonde hair, drawn by the same artist, do tend to come out rather similarly, yes. But don't forget the character name tags below the strip; those can help a lot when tracking characters.
And actually, Eloise hasn't changed much in appearance since her first appearance.

So, I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that it was Eloise swearing to destroy Sandra at the end of the volume.
And while the similarity between them is probably coincidental and due to art style, I wonder if it'll turn out In-Universe that Eloise and Marie look similar and it gets mentioned. I certainly thought it was Marie at first and was rather confused.

Eh, I could see the occasional exception for someone who's doing the sex not because they're actually attractive, but because it's a power trip ("I'm so masculine that even in homosexual sex, I'm the MAN") but yeah, more likely they're just making excuses.

Keep in mind, those craigslist dudes tend to search for OTHER straight guys, or at least, "non feminine" gay guys, so there is a very strange play of masculinity going on there.
