You Tube is kinda void for either side on account of shoddy production values and spastic presentations.

That man needs to be hit upside the head with a dictionary of political terms.

Except for 4/1/2011. That day lingers in my memory like...metaphor here...I should go.

(Did you even watch the video, Tom? It was a direct feed from Fox. Or is this an admission their production values suck?)

Okay, how about the Christian Science Monitor? Did Glenn Beck's rhetoric inspire violence?

Or the Washington Post? "In 2001, Beck said he wanted to beat-up U.S. Rep. Charles Rangel (D) with a shovel. Just six years ago, he joked about killing Michael Moore."

Or the Knoxville News? "Still seized three books from Adkisson's home, including 'The O'Reilly Factor,' by television commentator Bill O'Reilly; 'Liberalism is a Mental Disorder,' by radio personality Michael Savage; and 'Let Freedom Ring,' by political pundit Sean Hannity."

Or maybe you can save us the trouble, Tom, and just give us a list of news sources that you will accept. I suspect it'll be a very short list...

Outside the contested ones RJ almost any source will do. Meaning what you just listed is acceptable in showing violent rhetoric from both sides.

By the way Fox occasionally does have shoddy production values or at least cheap ones. The same is true of any network unfortunately. (I single out You Tube because shoddy production values are the rule there not the exception when it comes to political videos)

No source is void unless the accuracy of it is contested. Context helps and all, but facts are facts.

Just to stir up the pot again, here's Glenn Beck from last June saying that people who follow Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, etc. are "radicals" who "believe in communism" and need to be killed:

We believe in something. You in the media and most in Washington don't. The radicals that you and Washington have co-opted and brought in wearing sheep's clothing — change the pose. You will get the ends. You've been using them? They believe in communism. They believe and have called for a revolution. You're going to have to shoot them in the head. But warning, they may shoot you. They are dangerous because they believe. Karl Marx is their George Washington. You will never change their mind. And if they feel you have lied to them — they're revolutionaries. Nancy Pelosi, those are the people you should be worried about.

And here's the entire transcript, straight from Major Tom's favorite news channel.

Hm. I think they are talking about people like Tribune, of whom this assesment is, I fear, rather accurate. However, those are a fringe minority, and confusing them for the whole is like confusing all Baptists with the WBC dudes.

Shooting Tribune in the head would be rather extreme. He's fun to argue with and probably harmless in the long run.

Well, he has promised to kill us if he gets a chance to get his revolution and we're standing in the way.

That's why I'll never have to shoot him (or join him, for that matter) before he shoots me.
