I just don't know what to do

Ever since IJBM got nuked I just don't know what to do here I don't feel like I can adapt to a new forum after what just happened I’m tired of being a forced nomad moving on isn't the solution it’s the problem. I just feel full to the bursting I want to just commit an act of aggression to release it all just forget my very essence of "humanity" it's only been a day and just knowing I have no place to release my frustrations and vent is killing me

it doesn't look right its all different and wrong and i don't know what i'm doing there the layout is too different and everythign I can't adapt to things all over again not again it's been too many tiems i'm sick of being forced to be a Nomad just plain sick of it.

I'm just going to settle for saying that if you want a place to vent, to a break from all your worries and be glad there's one place in the world where everybody knows your name, there's a bar in Boston.

If you have such a dire need to complain and discuss things that bug you in one way or another, there are enough boards on the net which are build around exactly that purpose. No need to do it here, on a forum that is structured for media discussion.

However, he's apparently utterly terrified of that sort of change, and would much prefer to wallow in his own Wangst.

That's unfortunate, but like I said, the non-media related discussion boards are an addition to the actual purpose of the forum  ^*

Well, yes. It's just that him actually doing something about it seems unlikely to the point where advice would only be an exercise in hopeless, depressing futility.

So in other news, if you're so dependent on a forum that when it disappears you just can't cope, you probably shouldn't be on that forum in the first place. Go get some other interests that have nothing to do with forums.

I've already started to notice tons of topics in the same vein as IJBM of "I don't like this! But since this is OTC let's complain about it, but not derail!"
