Daido looked at the orbs. "I would ask it's origins, but I guessed the others beat me to it."
Azula makes her way out of her chambers, seeming intent on something, but stops when she sees the commotion nearby, turning and heading for it, taking a position just slightly behind Zod, studying the orbs.
"What, pray tell, are these?"
Easing back into life one step at a time-Urk!-
Gendo quirked an eyebrow as he was pulled out his room and into the lit hallway.
Perhaps...The entertainment is starting?
He looked to his left and right.
Two robots of the same model as the one that negotiated with Megatron and those which fought Darth Maul stood on either side of Gendo's door. They bowed slightly as he passed, uttering "By order of Doom, Ikari Gendo, we are at your disposal."
Doom did not appreciate being forcibly expulsed from his chambers in this manner, but kept a tight leash on his anger. The Latverian monarch cast his gaze upward, taking note of the twin spheres as he crossed his arms over his chest.
"So our captors have finally seen fit to play with us, have they?" he said with a sneer.
The Danse Macabre Codex@Azula: "Most likely they are the work of our captors, although what their purpose is I cannot yet say..."
"You have sureness? You are looking more like a human than the one in red armorings."
Then the two orbs appeared, and Fawful donned his headgear in preparation.
"It is looking like the arrival of showtime, yes?"
Pretend there's something clever written here. The Monarch eyed the orbs. "Okay. Gettin' weird." He shrugged. "Oh well. Might as well play along." He walked over to the stairs.

Whatever will be, will be.— Megatron studied the spheres, then clanked off into the hallways, the other Decepticons in tow. Upon reaching the stairwell, all but Megatron stuttered to a halt as his boot touched the first stair. Observing this, the Decepticon Leader continued upward. —
Alastor hefted his sword on his shoulders and looked at the others.
"Alright, maybe this will give some of you something else to kill besides each other!" He said with a grin.
"What do you propose we do now, General?"
Easing back into life one step at a timeHaving noticed this as well, Doom spoke into his armour's communications system. Seconds later, one of his robots stepped out of the Latverian monarch's chambers.
"Step into that hallway and mount those stairs," he commanded, and the mechanical servant turned to carry out its master's whim.

The Danse Macabre CodexTwo?
"Guard this door. Turn away all who do not identify themselves or myself; engage with only pacifism methods."
Gendo took a step forward towards the stairs/orbs with his hands in his pockets, glancing at Doctor Doom as he did so.
— As Megatron moved upwards, stooping slightly, the Doombot reached the stairs. The construct obediently followed the grey metal behemoth up the steps, and reached the top shortly after Megatron, awaiting further commands. The metre-apart spheres rippled, faint murmurs of several guttural languages emanating from them. —

Kerrigan made her way up the stairs and it wasn't long until she was joined by her three Hydralisks. She narrowed her eyes at the orbs and asked "What are we supposed to do with these?"
— Upon reaching the top of the stairs, the Hydralisks slumped over, asleep; words began to form around the spheres, indistinct. —
-Zod glided to the top of the stairwell and landed in front of the orbs-
"Fascinating..."
Doom frowned as he ascended the stairs, noting the sleeping hydralisks with concern. Turning to his robot, the Latverian monarch commanded it to touch one of the spheres. The servant nodded, and moved to do just that.
The Danse Macabre CodexThe Moanarch reached the top of the stairs. He looked at the sleeping Hydralisks, then at Zod, with expression that simply stated "What."
Whatever will be, will be.Daido went to the staircase on the right.
Gendo strode up the steps, trying to avoid the more...grotesque looking individuals, namely, Kerrigan and Blackheart.
— A stupendously loud battle cry roars forth from both spheres, and the Doombot is hurled against the wall. The words are now distinct.—

Alastor made his way up the stairs and looked at the orbs.
"Yep, I'd say these are like keys or a portal, or something to that affect."
He listened to the words and looked off.
"...And this is where we all split up and choose an orb."

The Monarch's eyes darted between the spheres. "Gold was always my color." He reached out towards the golden orb.
Whatever will be, will be.Azula simply followed after Zod in silence, pondering this turn of events.

— The door to the corridors lights up red, lines working down the walls onto the stairwells. —
