We have all been gender flipped!

Kyle follows the others, but of course he does.

"Oh, it's Koi. Yo, fish knight, come on down here!" she then turned back to Arthur, "yeah, there are a lot of people here. Not entirely sure where most of them came from, to be honest, and many of them aren't sure either."

Me too. Do you think there's something in there?

[As Aqua touches the door, however, he suddenly jumps back, as if shocked. Oddly enough, not only has the glowing writing on his arms from the forest has reappeared (as Eisen, Georgia and Kyle might notice, only this time it isn't fading away), but parts of the door glow the same way for a moment, before fading as a quiet click can be heard]

Did... did anyone else see what just happened? [Yeah, he sounds really nervous.]

Koi heads through the hole and follows the sound of Teddy's voice. He finally approaches her and dips into a flamboyant bow.

"Lady Teddy, wonderful to see you. I was worried someone had broken a bone with the size of that hole."

He stands up, only to bow again, this time to Arthur.

"Greetings good sir, a pleasure to make your acquaintance."

Daydre blinks.

"Holy crap... Yeah, I saw that alright.."

(WOW!)

Eisen's tone is of course very surprised and curious. Evidently, something must've triggered those markings on Aquarius again.

"My sensors are not mistaken. I've seen those markings before- could whatever's behind this door be related to them?"

She pauses a bit, noticing the shock Aqua had received, and goes over to check if he's hurt.

"You ok there?"

I-I'll be fine. It was more surprising than, like, actually painful... Maybe someone else should open the door, though, just in case? >__>

[The markings, while dimming a bit, aren't going away, and someone might notice that they look runic in appearance]

Natalia's eyes widen a tiny bit and eyebrows raise a tad. Mainly with interest in what is happening.

"Hm... Wouldn't hurt to try and open it."

Eisen does an encouraging smile (Aqua might not be able to see it) and a somewhat confident and reassuring tone.

"I could open it for you."

She puts her hand on the doorknob and turns it... hoping to very slowly open it. Who knows what might be inside?

The door opens silently, allowing the group to see the room that lies beyond. The centerpiece of the surprisingly spacious room is a pair of tables pushed together, surrounded by eighteen wooden chairs. Multiple roughly-built shelving units line the side walls, mostly empty except for a few closed boxes, and the door is flanked by a pair of archaic weapon racks (empty) and a few hooks embedded in the wall. The entire room is lit in a soft blue light emanating from a glowing sigil◊ on the far wall of the room. The entire room is caked in a layer of dust and a significant amount kicks up and begins swirling about in the light when the door is opened.

"Just what is that?" Kyle points at the sigil, nervously. "It looks kinda... Creepy."

As soon as the dust reaches him Daydre sneezes several small sneezes.

As soon as the door opens without any harm, Eisen breathes a sigh of relief.

"Let me find out what it is. Maybe Aqua might know or feel something."

Almost immediately, she decides to scan the symbol.

[SCANNING SYMBOL]

Dust swirls around the AI being as her glow lights the dust around her.

Unlike Daydre, Eisen doesn't have a respiratory system, and as such isn't too affected by the dust.

If she was allowed to, she'd then try to produce a 3D hard light image of the symbol for Aqua to "touch".

Natalia gives a small cough from the dust, but despite that, she peers closer towards the room.

"Hm."

[Aqua's eyes widen as he touches the model Eisen made]

Okay then, this is getting— [he sneezes before continuing] —creepy. Especially since— no, wait, that's going to come off as weird...

(Something's definitely up.)

The AI girl sounds both concerned and curious.

"Oh? What's creepy? Is it the fact that we found this down here?"

She turns to the rest.

"Maybe we could go in and investigate further."

No, not that. Though I'm kinda curious about the boxes— [sneezes again] —and I'm getting off topic again, damn it. Thing is, when I touched the door earlier... I dunno how exactly, but I knew what was inside the room. >__>

[MINUTE PARTICLE LEVEL: HIGH. SUGGEST BLOWING AWAY]

"Hm, I think it's got to do with that strange markings of yours. There's definitely some kind of ability you have!"

Eisen tries to reassure Aqua. That blindness and strange markings really were not the only things he had.

(Oh man, it's so dusty here.)

Without further ado, Eisen enters the room as she materializes a Hard Light fan to blow the dust on the nearest boxes away from the others. Not fun to see the others sneezing in an area like this.

Once he gets done sneezing, Daydre gets a better look at the room. The glowing sigil was.. pretty weird. Maybe not creepy-weird, but definitely weird-weird. Or maybe coincidental weird? Coincidental in that Aqua had had markings on his arms, the marking had appeared on the door, now there was a glowing marking on the wall.. Okay, now he was rambling. Back to the task at hand.

"I wonder what's in these boxes.. Weapons? Those're weapon racks on the walls, I think..."

Natalia gives one last sneeze, and looks at said boxes.

"We might as well open them up and take a peek inside, right? Also, if there are weapons inside the boxes, what would we do with them?" She asks.

"... I dunno. I've always found melee weapons interesting, but it's not like we're going to be fighting anything..." Daydre pauses for an uncomfortably long time.

".. Right?"

"...Considering the possible weapons here... Wait a sec, wouldn't this mean something bad? 'Cause I think these may be connected to something. That symbol, probably."

Appears so. Though I'm interested in finding out what exactly this ability is...

[@Kyle] Maybe? I'm not getting any more bad vibes about the area, though... >__>

"I'd suggest we get closer to the symbol at the far end. Don't rush it, things might happen."

Eisen calmly smiles and encourages the group on. She'd guide the group towards the symbol too.

Kyle nods in reply to Eisen, and followed her to the symbol.

Fancy. They have glowing symbols here 'n all.
