I never got that far, but I was under the impression that the whole reason she and the federation went to Phaaze was because "that planet is a menace. It's got to go".
It is.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! The feds seemed to be liking their PED suits.
And they sent her to the planet but didn't really give her any equipment to blow it up with?
So it seems like she got lucky.
I now want to replay Corruption to find out. I hate not having a TV. The Prime games are impossible to play on the GamePad.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! This is the same Samus who went to kill all Metroids with no ice beam.
They figured she'd just work something out. Its sort of like her thing. Starting a mission with barely the metal clothes on her back and managing.
Naked Samus, except not because that's a dumb codename.

I sure said that! Can't fault 'em for using Phazon against Phazon. That's how Samus won the last two games.
I have a message from another time...The PED gives them a fair chance against the Phazon Pirates.
Destroying Phaaze takes away their PED, yeah, but it also takes away the Pirates' Phazon, so it's a fair tradeoff.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Damn it, tomorrow I'm gonna go steal the Wii U and start the Prime series over again.
I haven't played them since like 2009 and I've forgotten pretty much everything.

Oh really when?I think the Federation wanted Samus to take out Dark Samus and secure the planet so they could make plans to destroy it. They probably didn't expect her to blow up the planet for them.

But yeah, we're given no reason to think the GF Marines are anything besides what they claim to be within the Prime games.
Hell, Dane has an extremely similar childhood background to Samus if you think to scan him right after he orders you to make for the Pirates attacking Olympus.
I sure said that!If Samus were a Jojo?
Oo, I like the mood of this.
I feel like Samus's stand should be named [Harmony of a Hunter].
Well, knowing how well stand names match to gimmicks in Jojo, it'd probably be Zoot Suit Riot or something.
Zoot Suit Samus > Zero Suit Samus
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! So I was just playing through Corruption again and I noticed these doors in one room on the Pirate Homeworld. The only thing distinguishing them from the other doors is the lack of an energy shield. For some reason I can walk right up to them but nothing I do will make them open. Does this bother anyone else? I feel like if you can get to a door you should be able to open it.
They probably go to the power latrine.
Remind me again; how does Samus learn the location of the Pirate Homeworld?
The Federation found it I guess?
No, the power latrines are behind green doors. They need to lug the mining cannon over whenever they need to go.
Those doors, if I'm not mistaken, are how some pirates get in if you trip the alarm.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! Is that what they're for? I never noticed them before because they aren't glowing and as soon as I did I felt like I was missing something. Skytown has a similar thing with Ghor but at least that door doesn't look like the others and scanning it tells you it can't be opened.
Tokusatsu Samus Space Hunter.
Another one.
So in the first area of the Pirate Homeworld there's a flying Jolly Roger drone thing that shoots green stuff into Phazite.
That's a lot less inconvenient then the mining lasers.

No, I don't. Your picture be tiny.
Oh really when?
The Pirates as a whole could be taken as Conquest, alternately.
I sure said that!
