Politics is the skilled use of blunt objects.I think we'll see SOMETHING about Metroid, even if it's just a teaser for a distant game or some kind of silly spinoff.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Metroid: Adam Digression. You take the role of Adam Malkovich. Command a small squad of men despite being a general, interact with people using a dialogue wheel full of cold stoicism, display a brilliant military mind maybe.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersWe did get that mention of Metroid's existence at the end of last year's E3.
PSN ID: FateSeraph Congratulations! She/TheyMaybe we can get Nintendo Land 2. That game did Metroid justice.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences.E3's new game: "Metroid: Ridley. You play as the titular space dragon, but you can't fit through any of the doors. So you chill for hours in your boss arena waiting for Samus to come kill you already, and in the meantime keep refreshing the Smash Bros petitions page in hopes of getting in this time."

Nintendo did claim they had things cooking for 2D and 3D Metroid. But part of me has to think they're going to drop everything that isn't well underway for Wii U and move it to NX. 3DS hasn't had solid in-house development going for a year now anyway.
They had ideas for new 2D and 3D Metroid. Nothing was in development. It just means that the series will be back one day. Eventually. Hopefully in less time than it took to bring back Kid Icarus.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences.Wow, SA-X's mutant form got way more powerful than I remember it being. Didn't it only take three charge beams in Fusion?

That is the face of a robot boy that has no idea what just happened.
Also it was less of Mega Man vs Samus Aran and more Mega Man vs SA-X with an assist from Samus.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersX5 Well... that wasn't the outcome I expected.
Not complaining, mind. Disappointed there wasn't a Shinespark in there somewhere, though.

I attribute that to the aforementioned lack of research.

Isn't that video basically how all Metroid x Megaman crossover fanfiction go about?
Alright, found every pickup on Norion, Elysia, Bryyo, and (hopefully) the Valhalla. (Thank you, Chozo Observatory.) On to the endgame, I suppose.
"I've come to the conclusion that this is a very stupid idea."If you want to find all the pickups in the Space Pirate Homeworld, there's a Phazite panel in the Chozo Observatory that activates a beacon for that too.
The Valhalla is the only place where you can't get a map showing all the upgrades, though there's only like two or three there anyway.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! In my experience, Metroid x Megaman crossover fanfiction has Samus decide that Rock is just the cutest thing and give him the hugs. And then they blow up shit together and wear each other's helmets, give or take differing head sizes.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersHuh, Fanfiction writers should take more lessons from those fanfiction writers who copy comic book crossover formula
I guess he's not too big
Forever liveblogging the AvengersHow familiar are you guys with the various Metroid mangas? Cuz there are quite a few. First there's the manga that came out around the same time as Zero Mission, and acts as an origin story for Samus then goes on to chronicle her first adventure on Zebes. That has two volumes. Then there is Samus and Joey, which is about a little kid named Joey who becomes Samus' sidekick. I know that sounds like a terrible idea but the kid actually becomes competent as the story goes on. Also, because Samus is not the viewpoint character every single thing she does in this is made of awesome. This is everything you want from Samus. She doesn't talk a lot, and whenever she does fight it's awesome. Also, she never takes her suit off and Joey actually think Samus is a guy. There are three volumes of Samus and Joey, but it was popular enough that it got a sequel series, Samus and Joey: Metroid Extreme, but only the first chapter of that is available in english.

I've read the Zero Mission prequel one, the Super Metroid comedy ones, and the Nintendo Power comic (though that's not really a manga).
So, like, what are the odds of new Metroid news this E3?
Louder than God's revolver and twice as shiny.
