Anyone know what exactly a training machine does?

training machines increase your stat potential.

on a side note, i think that the Yerles are the best race ever. highest learning stat plus bonus point per level make them outclass other classes during late game play.

Made a new character. Fairy Pianist (I'm pretty much only playing that class).

Currently followed by:

• Lolitus Carcera: Little girl, Goddess of Jailbait.
• Fabularious: Crossdressing male Yerles Machine Infantry, God of Color Coordination and Impromptu Proctology Exams.
• Gibbus Ludicrus: Warrior of Elea: Goddess of Exploding Corpses and Hard-To-Remove Bloodstains.
• Arthropodus Vertebrus: Beetle: God of Awkward Mutations.

Remade my character because the other one had a really bad tendency to wake up with cursed equipment. Every time...

I always have issues immediately quitting everytime i get a negative mutation, regardless of where I am.

Yeah, my charisma based pianist just got hit with -5 charisma due to a mutation.

Bah...

Edit: And I just got the exact opposite mutation. Wewt!

Now my character has a medieval fantasy LASER GUN. And I'm a few hundred favour points away from getting the black cat.

Finally got a Rank 1 museum and a Rank 1 castle... now time to breed better shopkeepers. Man it can take a while to make lots of blessed scrolls of superior material.

i decided im going to play a fairy painist first until i can unlock gene manipulation / get a heir. once i have a heir then the REAL game begins!

I might have been very lucky, gaining two positive mutations on my first day and managing to remove some doomed equipment with an uncurse scroll.

But I can't for the life of me figure out how to put money in the tax box... help?

Edit: Wait, my journal says 0 unpaid bills, does that mean I won't have to worry about taxes yet?

^^At level 6, when you collect your salary, you'll get a bill item along with it. You just deposit it in the tax box.

Also, I unlocked the black cat. :3

I was walking back to the first town from Palmia, content with the decent sum of cash that had been given to me. Then BANDITS. EVERYWHERE. AS FAR AS THE EYE COULD SEE.

I probably should've just taken the death and went back home, would've lost less cash that way.

Quick question: red text means cursed and green blessed right? Does that mean blue is uncursed (normal) and black is unidentified?

Lulwy reminds me a lot of the fanon version of Yuuka Kazama.

Which is why I like her.

It's also far easier to please her, for some reason. I was playing as a Catgod though (extra race, look it up on the Elona wikia), which has great evasion/speed stats, so that may have something to do with it.

Fishing spot. It's used to gather certain resources, which are used to craft equipment (as a note, resources do not show up in your inventory. There's a separate menu for that).

They also occur in dungeons... oddly enough.

Got a ranch.

So now Lolitus Carcera is a breeder while I try to get a chicken.
