I think there's more likely to be either an assist trophy or a Labo stage, but a playable Labo character of some variety is far from the strangest idea.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Villager already has that one though.
It's been 3000 years…:)
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Awesome
New theme music also a boxI'm getting antsy waiting for June 12.
As of the time I write this, that date is 20 days away.
I'm so excited but also that's so far away.
You know, considering the nature of Labo, Labo characters would be the ideal replacements for Miis.
Ukrainian Red CrossThat's... actually a damn good point. The various cardboard bits do lend themselves rather well to customization... of course, that assumes they decide to stick with the whole custom moves mechanic . ^^
I doubt they'd replace the Mii Fighters, but they could make for a perfect new character option and/or the new Fighting Team.
...It's weird having so many websites and no way to properly display now, lol.It feels like they don't really want much to do with the Miis any more. Does the Switch even have a means of making one?
Flat polygons > wire frames > fully detailed enemies > Miis > real-life objects
There is nowhere to go up from there.
De Romanīs, lingua Latina gloriosa non fuī.I could swear I've seen people use them, but for the life of me I don't know how I'd make them.
Yes, Mii's still exist on the Switch
Switch does have a Mii Maker, but it's buried deep within the bowels of the console OS rather than up front and center.
Though they did actually improve it by letting you select from 100 different colors for hair, eyes, and glasses frames, now.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! It's not really that hidden. Just go to "System Settings" and scroll down until you find it. It's labelled Mii, and it's located between Users and amiibo.
The point is it's not a main menu option, it's buried in the technical stuff.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!I wanted to post this...so I will.
For anyone who may be interested...is still going.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Its absolutely amazing that i've been watching this series since middle school...
I'd like them to incorporate the Smash character reveals with new game reveals. For the immediate obvious example (independent of chances, just an example), showcasing Metroid 4, ending with Ridley's Smash reveal.
The Smash trailer and gameplay should start with Smash 64's roster (just so we can right off the bat move on from the obligatory 'Will Ness and Jigglypuff come back' questions), then ending the trailer with Ice Climbers coming back. Then through-out E3, as Nintendo games are being shown, they reveal related characters as well as veterans coming back.
-Witty line-This just came to mind: If Smash 4 is going to have amiibo function (which is rather likely), I wonder if they will do a brand new line of figures or rerelease the old ones and then make new ones for the newcomers.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru! One thing I hope to see isn't actually going to be in the game itself; I hope to see some guest art done by character designers for the characters that get into Smash Bros. We got some really nifty guest art for the last Smash Bros. game, and I hope we get more.
I am guessing they will make a brand new line, but the older Sm4sh Amiibos will have the same functionality as the new ones so that early owners don't have to be pressured to buy new ones if they don't want to. I think that would be ideal. A new line for newer fans, and the previous line of amiibos still stay useful.

Yeah, I'm thinking the same - a new line to match the new in-game portraits, but the older amiibos (for characters who were in the past game) will still work. Also, any non-Smash amiibos for newcomers will work too, like the existing Inkling amiibos

"Leftover items still have value!"I found a solution to the pokemon representation problem.
You play as a sentient pokeball that isn't voltorb/electrode and each attack has a random pokemon pop out of it.
Death is a companion. We should cherish Death as we cherish Life. That solution is some ridiculous nonsense. I kind of love it.
I could also see the house being a final smash, like LABO-Man summons the house and traps anyone in range inside while it fills up with water, drowning them/doing damage until it explodes and sends them flying. x3
