What would Pig Ganon's moveset be?
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!Ness's kick has a glowing flash of Psychic energy, probably because his tiny leg wouldn't show off the kick well on its own.

Then again, people are starting to say Varia Suit Samus is unfaithful, so what do I know?

Please help out our The History Of Video Games page.I don't see how people think that.
Varia!Samus is pretty faithful to canon.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!I actively dislike Pig Ganon's design in most incarnations (especially the ones from the 2D games) so I really would rather Dorf get revamped.
This song needs more love.I imagine he'd use his trident for standard moves and fire/lightening/dark magic for his specials and smashes. He'd also do the "spinning trident as a boomerang" thing he's done in other games as a special I imagine.
I can already see Pig Ganon being modded to constantly make "(Or else you will) DIE!" sound clips during his gameplay.
"I shall not be foolish again, my dear Gwendolyn!"Waxing, do you think Smash!Ganon is good conceptually?
If so, why?

- He uses moves from various games in his series. Did I mention that they are various games?
- Common counter: "But he barely punches in Zelda! He should be using a bladed weapon and/or magic more often!"
- My response: Except that no one objects to Ness using his bat for one move, and no one objects to Mario using his hammer for no moves nor having his Goomba Stomp.
- Common counter: "But he barely punches in Zelda! He should be using a bladed weapon and/or magic more often!"
- It's fitting with his character since he's powerful and dominating more than anything.
- Common counter: "That's too vague of a concept!"
- My response: See previous.
- Common counter: "That's too vague of a concept!"
- He's incredibly unique and no other character plays like him.
- Common counter: "But he's a clone of Captain Falcon!"
- My response: Yet you want him to be a heavy sword user like Ike or an energy ball thrower and reflector like Mewtwo, or some combination of the two.
- Common counter: "But he's a clone of Captain Falcon!"
So, yes. He is conceptually sound.

Please help out our The History Of Video Games page.So sword characters actually are all clones of each other now?
Or have you always thought that, in which case I apologize?
Is Ganondorf a combined representation of his only game fitted entirely into one character, or the defined by his neutralness in skills?
Is he powerful? Sure his moves hit hard, but without any reach nor speed he really can't do much with it, no matter how powerful it is.
Is he unique if he's still a clone?
Does multiple styles involving swords not exist in real life, yet alone fictional videogames?
Don't multiple characters already throw out and counter back balls of energy in different ways?

I do writing, feel free to check out my stories here! https://numbugwritingblog.tumblr.com/post/686233243868102656/numbugs-shared-heroic-uniAs has been said before, that you don't have the imagination to conceive of a heavy sword user being able to play differently from Ike doesn't mean it's impossible.

Trans rights are human rights.Excuse me, I didn't say that all sword characters are the same.
I said that Ike is already the heavy sword user already. We don't need a second heavy sword user, especially if it's just an old character with a new moveset.
Please help out our The History Of Video Games page.Think about this
Ganondorf can use his good ol' fashioned punches and kicks to K.O. opponents easily, devastating swords swings to increase their damage quickly, and his arcane magic for anyone who doesn't dare approach him.
Suddenly, by combining all three potential elements, there's a potential design for a character who's a strong, heavy hitter that DEMANDS respect.
I do writing, feel free to check out my stories here! https://numbugwritingblog.tumblr.com/post/686233243868102656/numbugs-shared-heroic-uniThat's actually how I'd think he can be revamped.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life! That doesn't change the fact that giving Ganondorf an entirely new moveset is unethical to the established fanbase.
Heck, revamping Bowser the way he was in Smash U was already questionable.
Only solution: Give several (but not all) characters alternate movesets a la Dynasty Warriors (at least going off of Hyrule). That way, there are new ways to play as old characters, yet the old way is still present.
But that's not going to happen given the development time required.
Please help out our The History Of Video Games page.I have not heard a single person complain about Bowser's revamp until earlier today.
Every other person either hasn't brought it up, or likes Bower's newer moves and animations.
Besides, you don't have to change up all of Ganondorf's movesets.
Keep some of the better K.O. moves the same, change the bad or blatantly unfitting moves into damage-racking sword strikes and energy attacks.
Warlock Kick isn't exactly what I think when I think 'Triforce of Strength'.
I do writing, feel free to check out my stories here! https://numbugwritingblog.tumblr.com/post/686233243868102656/numbugs-shared-heroic-uniI think more people like Bowser's new animations as it makes him better to play as for a lot of people.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life! But now we dont have Bowser driving an invisible racecar
Punching and kicking isn't what I think when I think "plumber" (you'd think he'd be using at least... I don't know, a hammer), yet Mario's moveset is pretty much accepted.
Please help out our The History Of Video Games page.@Waxing I got no response from tearing apart your argument last page, so let me reiterate: comparing Ganondorf to Mario and how the two characters should be changed is a false dichotomy, and none of your arguments hold water, because you're either arguing for something that is false, you're arguing for things that have nothing to do with each other, or you're just arguing poorly in general.
I'm begging you, enough with the hammer.
Trans rights are human rights.Mario is THE ultimate Jack of All Stats (that trope even used to be called 'The Mario', he's so ubiquitous with it), his moveset in Smash is designed specifically for Smash so that Mario can continue to be the Jack of All Stats as he always is.
Ganondorf's reason for his move is that he was a last minute addition 2 games ago, given a moveset of a character who had a similar body to his (who by coincidence also had a literally made for Smash moveset). Even if you make him the strong version of that, how does it really show what Ganondorf IS?
I do writing, feel free to check out my stories here! https://numbugwritingblog.tumblr.com/post/686233243868102656/numbugs-shared-heroic-uniMario jumps with his fist...
It's only natural that he take-up punching...
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.
Why not have Pig Ganon as a separate playable character with his own new moveset, much like armored Samus and Zero Suit Samus?
