Unfortunately, it's a little complicated- You need to head to Mii Maker and choose Image Options on the main menu, then select "Save Mii as QR Code". After that, you can move the QR code from an SD card to a computer.

It'd be nice if we could just post Mii QR codes into Miiverse and use that to share.
And also add in a function to the 3DS and Wii U to scan a QR code that is on the screen, instead of having to point a camera at it.

Everybody else got some changes according to a data dump, we still need to actually translate said data dump lol.
Both of Greninja's buffs are confirmed though.
