I have only ever fought Master Core...but I cannot beat it for the life of me.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!So how is Mewtwo nowadays anyway?
I am so buying Mewtwo tomorrow.
De Romanīs, lingua Latina gloriosa non fuī.Pretty cool, actually! His old weakness of being both a larger target and lightweight is still a factor, but his attack power and especially his launch power are so high that it feels fair now.
I sure said that!Plus he can stun someone long enough to fully charge an up smash right in their face. So he has some pretty good KO power.
It's actually pretty hilarious.
His F-tilt is way slower than in Melee though. It really throws me off when I use it.
Call me butter, because I am on a roll! 3ds friend code: 5258-0885-3903 Wii U: Bowser CharizardMewchu is also ridiculously good at edgeguarding, I think. I was just messing around with a bunch of mid-level CPUs and it was kind of hilarious how I completely wrecked Ike twice within like ten seconds by poking him off the edge and following up with two forward-aerials.
Its Forward and Down Air attacks and its Down Smash give it a lot of edge guarding power.
I sure said that!Yeah, the F-aerial is really good.
Poke-poke-poke-side of the screen death
Master Fortress looks pretty damn daunting at first, but beat it a few times and it becomes the easiest part of the boss.
Heck, I'm starting to nickname the "stage looks hard but really isn't" effect the "Master Fortress Phenomena" now.
Moved handles because mehA fair chunk of the difficulty with Master Fortress comes down to two factors- How good your fighter is at throwing, and how maneuverable they are in midair.
I sure said that! That would be a Breather Level. And while Master Fortress is easier than it looks, it isn't something everyone aces when seeing it for the very first time.
I never even tried throwing the stalfos guys. I just ran past them.

Moved handles because mehIn my experience, that has mostly lead to quick losses as they rush my back.
I sure said that! Also, how easily you can keep you character from wall jumping straight into a Danger Zone. Stupid Little Mac...

Call me butter, because I am on a roll! 3ds friend code: 5258-0885-3903 Wii U: Bowser CharizardAlright, Monster Hunter 4 is doing network updates tonight right around my usual playtime, so i can at last get on the Mewtwo train.
Do we have a list of other update changes yet?
See, I was having trouble with Villager, but then I found a very easy way to win.
You gotta do what Killager would do; plant a tree and let it grow, then ignore it in favor of swinging the axe at your opponents.
Requires a little more setup than just spamming smash attacks, and you have to renew the tree, but it's pretty fast and reliable for getting KO's in All-Star Mode.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!I actually used the tree more. Didn't think to use the axe.
Was okay though, still got it.
The rare times I use Killager, it is the best when I hit my opponent with both the tree and axe in one swing.
Moved handles because mehThe tree actually makes a good shield to camp behind, too. It'll protect you from those deadly kill-projectiles, and once an enemy is stupid enough to run past or jump over the tree, you chop them up with the axe.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Whoa, reading Smash Boards it seems like Kirby benefited most of anyone from the 1.0.6 patch.
I find it really weird that Greninja's standing grab is awful but his dash grab is one of the best in the game.
When I play Master Fortress I just rush past the Stalfos, it tends to work most of the time.
Greninja's jump height becomes an issue sometimes though...
This video actually somewhat relates to me. As someone who is interested in the competitive scene, I still have to be real with myself and say that I am just a stupid scrub that still has miles more to go before getting really good.
Pretty much, once you know all the traps in Master Fortress, it's an easy win. It's all the RNG and Gang Up on the Human BS and Master Core (especially Master Edges) you have to deal with to complete that one challenge.
Call me Willy Whistle 'cause I can't speak, baby. Something in TV Tropes really drove me crazy.
The Swarm Stalfos, just like their standard counterparts in Smash Run, are best dealt with via throws, yes.
Swarm Plasma Wisps should also be dealt with ASAP, as an aside- A full shot from one them is almost always a KO, especially near Master Fortress' stomach acids.
I sure said that!
