Well, I found Mew for the first time today, and have just obtained 250 custom moves. I'm a little over halfway there, and I'm still missing a couple outfits and hats.
Is it bad that my only thought was "You're playing an audio file through a web browser and you decided to record it with an external camera instead of just downloading the file, turn it into a video, and then upload to YouTube? Now I have to listen to you breathing."
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!According to the Tumblr page it's on, his Google drive file wasn't working, so permission was given to post it there.
Hi, I'm new here. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on getting Mii headgear really quickly? That is literally the only thing left that I have to do in order to 100% this game (aside from getting all the trophies, but I've got over 600 and I'll just Trophy Rush the last of them).
I think the fastest way is playing through Classic on 9.0 difficulty and doing the Home button spam trick to get custom parts, but it's really a pain in the ass that it's random and I mostly get custom special moves.
Wow, and i thought i was moving too fast by getting most of the way through the second page of challenges already.
Unfortunately, there's little you can do, because they're lumped in with Custom Specials.
So... not very much you can do.
I have way too much free time upon my hands, I'm afraid...either that or I'm insane.
Nuts. I was afraid of that...collecting Mii Headgear sucks since they're already rare to begin with and I just keep getting duplicates!
All you can do is keep playing. Trophy Rush and Smash Run have been good to me. Explore new fighters and powers and specials just to freshen it up a bit.
I'm missing the gunner's fancy suit. That's the only outfit I don't have yet.
"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerSome of them are hidden behind challenge panels too, so some challenges you can ONLY get by beating other challenges.
I don't really like Smash Run when it comes to collecting custom parts, because you can only collect 10 pieces of stuff at the end and I keep accidentally picking up money or Smash Run Powers (which I've got all of) whenever I attack something that keep pushing the custom parts out of the newest 10.
I'll try to see if Trophy Rush does anything for getting them though.
I've gotten all the Mii Headgear in Challenges.

ARE YOU SURE...???
Wait, you can only collect ten things in SR?
Well
This is news to me

"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerConsidering the only one left I have to do is collect all outfits (done), custom special moves (done) and hats...yes.
Yeah, it's the 10 that are displayed on the bottom screen.

... Eh?
I thought it scrolled items to the right off-camera? It's actually booting them out?
I sure said that!Yes. I know. It's really dumb.
I've been dividing my time between Smash and Hyrule Warriors so I'm not as far in either. Though I use Link WAY more in Hyrule Warriors than in Smash. In Smash he just feels slow and doesn't jump as high.
In Hyrule Warriors he's the warrior you use most in the story mode and his spin attack with the Master Sword is godly. ;p

There can't be a ten item limit though. I once finished a solo run and the result screen showed that I had picked up about 15 items not including gold.
Do you want me to play through Smash Run right now and test it for you?
I played a few of Smash 3DS via store demo again, this time with the help of the power of headphones. I have two things to say.
- Turns out I do well with Link. Not fantastic, but well enough to my standards. Impressive, considering I barely touched him in Smash in general.
- Much to my not-surprise, the Spanish announcer sucks. Another point for having all of my consoles in English!
Why not just play the eShop demo? Is it not available in your region?
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!I knew there was an item limit in Smash Run, I just knew it. I wasn't sure if the item were just scrolled off-camera but I always felt there was a limit to the drops.
My overall lack of Nintendo 3DS is holding me back on that one.
"Yeah, it's a shame. Here we are in an underground cave with all these lasers, and instead of having a rave we're using it for evil."...Hold the phone. I might have jumped the gun on saying that there is a limit.
I just did a run (haha) through of Smash Run. I got over 10 stuff and they're showing up on the collected screen...I sincerely am confused.
However, I'm starting to theorize that maybe I got all of them because I didn't die while collecting everything. Maybe the reason I lost stuff before was because I died in previous runs.

Agreed 100%
"This is going to suck," should definitely be said at the start of when Master Core appears.
