It looks like the last member of Yoshi Team is giant, so maybe the egg move acts like that Yoshi is "respawning" and re-applies whatever size multiplier was added to him?

Lucina's palette swaps depress me. I like them on their own, but it just draws more attention to Palutena, Link, Toon Link, Ike, Marth and Shulk not changing hair colour along with their referential palettes; which would actually improve them quite a bit.◊

That sounds like a pretty good possibility.

But it looks neat, and it's finally a stage derived from the actual events of a Star Fox stage instead of the Great Fox (or Pleiades, I guess) flying over the setting. I wonder if Namco helping out with this Smash Bros had any impact on the inclusion of an Assault-specific stage?

Just got a message in my e-mail saying that my pre-ordered special edition 3DSXL has been shipped, meaning I get to play it tomorrow.

Whelp, there goes my schedule for Thursday. And Friday. Probably Saturday as well. Sunday's fine though, since I generally don't do anything on Sunday but sitting on my ass playing video games anyway.

Looks like a neat stage. I liked the Orbital Gate.

I wonder if that huge-ass red-and-black missile will show up.

Seems like the Orbital Gate stage is like a fusion of the Great Fox, Venom and Lylat Cruise fused together in terms of playstyle. This will be very interesting to play on.

I love this, Lylat Cruise did something similar to this, but it didn't affect the battle. Now you will be affected by everything that's going on!

You fight on top of the profile of the Great Fox so many times, it doesn't matter really WHERE it is.

I like Orbital Gate though. It was my favorite level in Star Fox: Assault.

Corneria was a close second.
