Why is there no page for this movie yet? It is an awesome film and someone needs to do a write-up.
It starts out like it's going to be an "evil monster slowly picks off the townsfolk gorily" sort of film, but plays a lot quieter than that, with all the kids disappearing off-screen; and then near the end, it gets very Bad Ass; and then just when you think it's winding down, it earns its name with a hilarious finale of what they do with the leftover Santa's Helpers.
Only the curious have, if they live, a tale worth telling at all.I got this on DVD a few months ago (a week before it hit the street, perks of being in Oscilloscope's Circle of Trust program). Good variation of the Santa Claus myth.
More Buscemi at http://forum.reelsociety.com/Haven't seen it yet but it's been on my list for a while. And, now that it is Christmas I'll be watching it. I highly recommend watching the original shorts (on youtube).
I'm quite interested in this one. It's a Finnish film based on 2 short films. In this, a team of archaeological experts have found the real Santa Claus in an excavation. But then a father and son capture him after they figure out he is the cause of a bunch of murders of both children and reindeer. Apparently, Hilarity Ensues.

"This grass feels funny," Kirby thought. "It feels like...pants."
