x5 Apparently, North Korea Internet is also Best Internet.
And let us pray that come it may (As come it will for a' that)My friend tells me that North Korea often puts itself #2 in certain things, China in #1, because the country is so dependent on China.
All that's missing is an NK version of Starcraft...
Final Fantasy, Foreign Policy, and Bollywood. Helluva combo, that......but they do have Studio SEK.
Keep Rolling On
What I find bizarre is that SEK can work with AKOM and Matt frickin' Groening but North Korea can't put together a good Gangnam Style parody.
Schild und Schwert der ParteiPSY is South Korean - I'm... not sure what the North Korean government's stance is on referencing him. Possibly the video maker was given a medal, then shot.
I know he's South Korean
But seriously, I was more commenting on how their SEK work is much better than their foreign propaganda (which is like something from the 20s) - surely they'd put their back into it?
Schild und Schwert der Partei10 bucks says it didn't make it to international waters.
It seems the launch was successful.
Final Fantasy, Foreign Policy, and Bollywood. Helluva combo, that...Where did it land?
According to the BBC article they actually managed to put... something in orbit. Which if you live in Japan or South Korea has got to be a sphincter clenching thought.
I'm wondering when China is going finally lose its patience and smack North Korea down and hard.
I see.
A serious crisis could happen involving North Korea in the near future, and it's worrisome. But we can't do anything drastic until we have clear indication that China is not going to support it anymore.
Multiple news articles are popping up. This part's troubling:
He said there would still be technical hurdles for the North to overcome, particularly in terms of getting a rocket to re-enter the atmosphere, but it would mean that North Korea is able to launch a long-range ballistic missile - the first rival state to the US do so since the Soviet Union and China.

Is this rocket/missile supposed to have ICBM range or less?
Final Fantasy, Foreign Policy, and Bollywood. Helluva combo, that...
It doesn't actual need ICBM range. And yes, it is believed to be a project ultimately intended to produce an ICBM.
Schild und Schwert der ParteiI doubt China's going to do anything, even if North Korea manages to complete a working ICBM. It's not like they're even a likely target, so why would this concern them? Worst case would be the invasion, but in that case all they need to do is close their borders to anyone on that side, and I doubt they'd have an issue with that.
^
Worst case, they'd invade NK themselves.
Keep Rolling OnQuick and nonviolent annexation of North Korea by China, followed by a spread out distribution of refugees (lot of them for Korea to take, so let's spread them out) and a gradual shift to reunification or two states a peace, would probably be the dream solution.
Share it so that people can get into this conversation, 'cause we're not the only ones who think like this.I do think that in the worst case scenario if China has to choose between its relations with the West/rest of Southeast Asia and North Korea... it will take the former.
Politics is the skilled use of blunt objects. The reason I asked was, if this eventually does become a working ICBM or a at least a consistantly successful analogue to such a weapon, I'm less worried about NK and more about potential customers for the blueprints....
Final Fantasy, Foreign Policy, and Bollywood. Helluva combo, that...^
Ah, the one with the probable Nuclear Weapons Program: Iran.
Keep Rolling On
Iran is happy enough to aim its nukes at Israel, and it already has Shabab-3 missiles based on the Nodong-1 that can deliver them.
Schild und Schwert der ParteiWhy do missiles employed by anti-American dictatorships have such funny names?

Fox News (or any news in US) isn't a government-mandated news.
