In the politics thread, we were talking about Donald Trump's obviously-fake medical letter that claims he tested "positively" for everything and joking about how reminiscent it is of that Simpsons episode where Mr. Burns is diagnosed with all the illnesses. I swapped out the names from a bit of dialogue from that episode here
