Depends on the bra. Sports bras make them look smaller than they normally would and push ups make them look bigger. Also without anything to hold them up they should droop down more than they normally would.
This has been boob tips.
Writer, or something. And... a button? 🖲️You know what would be a good name for a segment about boob tips?
Nipples.
Uh-oh, looks like Tedd's escaped through the fourth wall again.
3DS Friend Code: 0018-0767-4231The great state of Tomu will not apologize for its lame ass puns!
"Wait, ass puns? I thought these were boob puns!"
I'm reminded of the Justice League episode where Flash and Luthor Switch bodies, and Luthor tries to find out the Flash's secret identity by taking his mask off in front of a mirror.
Luthor: "I have no idea who this is."
Heh. There was also a nice bit in the Ultimate Universe Spider-man where Kingpin knocks Peter out and yanks the mask off, only to disgustedly say that it's a kid he's never seen before, who probably looks like every other kid out there.
That was one of the best momenets in Justice League Unlimited, yeah ;D
Love the Cast of Snowflakes. Dan's rather good with character designs. Also, funny to see that just because your hobby is a stereotypically cool one doesn't mean you're not "that weird x guy".
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Man that guy in white really loathes elliot doesn't he?
Is he someone who was a bully back in his former life? Or does he just really dislike superheros?
Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans. The Man In White doesn't hate Elliot per se... I think he just wants to shake up the status quo. Either he's an alternate form of Pandora and just likes causing chaos or he hates Pandora and wants to ruin one of her unwitting pawns. Either seems like a reasonable possibility.
For people reaching conclusions about Elliot... I'll give Tensaided's reaction as "reasonable for him," based on his interests and what we've seen of his attitude. For the others... I think the fifth person in panel 1 is the most sensible there. Particularly when you don't have a personal connection to Elliot, why care?
Also, I swear, the first person in panel 2 looks familiar. Not a major character, but I feel like she's been around before. Maybe one of Elliot's viewers - as previously mentioned, the bulk of them would be around Moperville, so the odds that one of the onlookers watches his review show with Susan is pretty high.
Oh, and while I know Word of God and Grace's comments explain it, but I still don't like how Shive handled Catalina's knowledge of magic and transformation. Too much telling, not enough showing.
Finally... yeah, many of my favorite memories of Justice League Unlimited involve The Flash. I was more fond of "Flash and Substance" (the ep where the Rogues team up against Flash, Batman, and Orion), but "The Great Brain Robbery" was pretty great too.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.I think it's fair to say the dude had a mad-on for Elliot. This wasn't just about shaking up the status quo, he was trying very specifically to get Elliot killed. Unmasking him was just spiteful retaliation for his ruined plan.
Doesn't actually seem to have been about Elliot, though, as his comments about Elliot being a pawn of Chaos indicate. He was trying to deprive Pandora of an important piece by having Elliot mauled to death by an angry griffin.

My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.I do hope that dan reveals some motivations for this guy. As of right now, the fact that every immortal is either recently reborn or villainous is absolutely silly.
Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans.Maybe "evil in regards to humans" is just a generational trait or something?
Nipples not included.
Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise.Maybe she's wearing those silicon boatlight covers for this specific sort of thing
Honestly it's all very silly. If you don't want to draw such imagery, tone your characters down.
Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans.Seriously.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.When you don't have a cell phone, magical powers are the best way to coordinate meet-ups.
I had a Fridge Logic moment when reading The Rant... if Elliot's cell phone shifts to an appropriate place when he transforms, why don't his keys? I guess the most rational answer would be "they're around in a pocket Elliot hasn't discovered yet," but even that seems a bit like a Voodoo Shark.
Also, upon reflection... really odd, upon reading the flashback to the fight against Tengu, that they can accept that Elliot's super form is supernaturally strong, resilient from blows, able to fly, and has a nice Healing Factor, but they question resistance to temperature variation. That's possibly the least amazing of that form's suite of powers.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.I remember when we were cooking up the time line, one of the major things I objected to was the idea that an educational bureaucracy could acquire and be ready to distribute an entire school's worth of uniforms in 3 days.
It's the little things that break Willing Suspension of Disbelief, big things can be absorbed under One Big Lie permutations and there's no reason that shouldn't happen in-universe as well.
As for the phone/keys thing, Elliot's Cheerleadra/disguise forms are different from his normal 'turn into a girl' morphs, not least of which is that Cheerleadra expressly does not have pockets.

Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise.I think a form that's explicitly resilient to damage and capable of healing what damage comes through quickly already has an answer as to why it's fine in the cold - the cold is resisting most of the damage and quickly healing away what damage gets through. It's just another application of the powers already present.
I wasn't participating in discussions at the time of the uniform story arc, but I think the answer really comes into just how close Moperville is to a larger city. Particularly as the proposed uniforms were pretty nondescript, it's possible that uniform stores just had that much stock of the elements in question, though that does depend on being in an area where there either is a large city and thus already having a significant number of uniforms on-hand. If Moperville was, say, no more than an hour away from a city the size of Kansas City (Missouri, not Kansas), I could see it possible, though at ridiculous expense for the school (though Principal Verruckt isn't exactly the finest economic mind, so the idea that he'd waste that much cash on uniforms is believable regardless).
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster. My read on the uniform situation was that the decision to have uniforms had been made some time ago, and the uniforms stockpiled for when the announcement was made. Everything else is just theater.

Was Elliot always that short in Cheerleadra form? He seems to be the same height as Ashley in the last few panels.
DAN
STOP TRYING TO DRAW MUSCLES
With all the practice he's getting, he might actually be good at it some day.
Might be better if he stopped publishing his attempts, mind.
What struck me, particularly since she was discussing brassieres, is that they seem more pendulous. But doesn't that usually make them look smaller due to them flattening under their own weight?
