They're different clades (an evolutionary group consisting of an ancestor and all its descendants). Dimetrodons and pterosaurs did not evolve from the same ancestral line as dinosaurs. Dinosaurs are part of clade Dinosauria, Dimetrodon is part of clade Synapsida, and pterosaurs are part of clade Pterosauria.

EDIT: I just know this because, like a little kid, I like the sound of the word "clade" in one of the Horus Heresy books and ended up reading about it, then clicking links and reading more.

I blame you Wack'd, I wouldn't have even heard the song if you hadn't said anything positive about TAH.

I would kinda like to be involved, but I don't think I really know what to do, and I have no idea about a time I'd be able to participate (I looked up a conversion thing to convert Wednesday New York time into Sydney time.)

I don't know if I'd be able to "act" as a character. I'd probably just play me, pretty much. Do what I would do in the situations (or at least what I'd like to do). Although the character would definitely not look like me.

I had a paragraph here about a story idea that I thought would be interesting but I looked back while I was reading over to make sure things were spelled right and stuff, and decided that it wasn't actually that interesting an idea.

I think I'd like to play a cat, actually. Just an ordinary, run-of-the-mill, domestic cat :D

Yeah, I'm having a tough time thinking of how to accommodate Aussie folks. It really depends on how early people are willing to get up.

Ah, Verity has an Aussie and a Scot as well as a ton of Americans and Canadians but they still get together to podcast about Doctor Who every week....
