It isn't the first time we've seen her addressed as "Princess" either. I think she introduces herself (or is normally introduced) as Princess Zeetha.
We've heard a lot of mysteriousing about Albia. Who thinks that Friday's page will be a reaction shot from Agatha et. al., with Albia herself not appearing until Wednesday?
Now, is that a typo in panel one, or should there perhaps be an ellipsis there?
"I Wanted to go to... With Mister Wooster."
"Give sorrow words; The grief that does not speak knits up the o'er-wrought heart, and bids it break." William Shakespeare - MacbethIt's implied that Gil and maybe Tarvek are with Wooster. So going with Wooster means going with Gil.
Also, Wooster is trustworthy, as long as you don't put his first loyalty to England, and his second to Gil, to the test. That would probably hurt. As for the near-panic attacks -they're an understandable reaction, and he'll probably learn to chill, at least until after getting a full assessment, as he ages. (There's a Batman/young Alfred joke in there, I just know it.)
I love how Zeetha is giving princess-ing advice again, and how Agatha behaving like a polite person is noted as being much different from her ancestors!
Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving. -Terry PratchettOr quite possibly Friday.

If anything we will get a cliffhanger on friday or a switch on next monday.
Well here goes nothingDid we not see a Gargantua-type giant(ess) in Gil's command?
You should put that comment in a spoiler tag.
The strip. And yes, Gritha Pantagruel, created by one Quintus Varangius. There was also Galliard Prunestoggle, who was among the swarm that the Baron tossed at Mechanicsburg, and whose condition was probably self-inflicted.
Let's hope she stays amused.
Trump delenda estVerily, Albia is larger than life.
I wonder if there are perhaps twelve stars in that crown, and was that intentional.
also a little bit of Titania in there
I keep thinking about what Gil said about Albia, and how it was "literally unthinkable" to go against her will. Is this perhaps some sort of mind control?
Maybe her subjects' loyalty is similar to the Mechanicsburgers' loyalty to House Heterodyne, except without the tendency toward messy violence. Unless messy violence is necessary.
Also: Who wants to sing "We all live in a yellow submarine..."
considering the glib way Womble introduces Zeetha as Princess of Skifander, I'm willing to bet that Albia has, at least, heard of Skifander, even if she doesn't know exactly how to get there.

"Give sorrow words; The grief that does not speak knits up the o'er-wrought heart, and bids it break." William Shakespeare - MacbethMaybe it's the kind of thing where under most circumstances the English can think whatever they want -but thoughts of sedition or rebellion are short-circuited by some Sparky mechanism.
Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving. -Terry PratchettAt any rate, not only is Agatha in a foreign Queen's demesne, she is in a foreign Spark's demesne. She would do well to be on her guard.

"Give sorrow words; The grief that does not speak knits up the o'er-wrought heart, and bids it break." William Shakespeare - MacbethRe: possible mind control. I'd be watching all that "fairy dust" that's dancing in the air.
All manner of interesting posts being made here. In a sense, this is a cliffhanger, though not the kind we're used to.
If it moves, eat it. If it doesn't move, kick it—then eat it!Why, that is indeed Great Britain.
"what the complete, unabridged, 4k ultra HD fuck with bonus features" - Mark Von Lewis@51462 We've already seen some.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Where is the link bot?
That was linked to about ten posts ago. It can be hard to tell in a link heavy thread, we should probably agree on some format that makes comic links unmistakable...
As for the link bot, that's nae been seen for months.
Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise.I miss him, that link bot.
That... is definitely Titania.
The one name is as accurate as the other. Mine's from Midsummer's Night Dream.
Is that the queen, though? Unless she's really lenient, "Ma'am" is not a regular form of address for a queen.
From the dialogue I got the impression she was more of a senior advisor type, or maybe some variety of government ministry head.

All your safe space are belong to Trump
On top of the previous notes, Zeetha has never been one to hide her own lineage. Not only that, lest we forget, Zeetha's previous traveling companions (Master Payne's circus) have all been under the protection of Albia for a bit, and members of the court (and quite reasonably, Albia herself) would possibly have heard about Zeetha from them. So Zeetha being identified as a princess barely needs noting.
Also, as a side note, nice to see Scotland making a fine showing in this storyline.
