Gee Annie, whaddya think?

"Show us the Galaxy Warp."I'd forgotten that piece of, in retrospect, really bad advice.
Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise.I don't remember his exact advice but I don't think it was necessarily bad, though it could be unhealthy in certain situations. This certainly isn't what he meant.
I like how he's just completely unimpressed.

The original advice such as it is.
You fell victim to one of the classic blunders!Oh, I was thinking of something different that he said.
Well, Annie's a very literal person. whatyougonnado?
This could be the armour-piercing question.
Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectNobody tell Annie to break a leg.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Magnificent. I love Annie's expression in the last panel. This should be good.
Aww Jeah, Ysengrin's bout' to tell it like it is.
I wonder how Ysergin feels about Anthony, we know Coyote finds his misery amusing, hardly a surprise there.
Annie is making excuses for her dad, Kat is absolutely livid at him, Donald doesn't seem to hate Tony and just wants to help Annie.
And now I'm thinking something big is going to happen and Kat will be responsible.
"So?"
One of the greatest arguments ever, up there with the immortal, "Come on."
I didn't write any of that.Ysengrin wasn't exactly giving advice there, Annie. He was just saying how he handles it. And it's worth noting that he even specifically said it was a poor way at times to handle anger. I think... I think Ysengrin wanted better for Annie than that.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Yeah, after looking at the page when he actually gives the advice, since he "handles it poorly", Ysengrin may have been telling Annie about this so she wouldn't do the same thing he's been doing with his anger. If this was the point, it would be even more devastating that she's following the mistakes of her surrogate-wolf father figure.
Another thing to point out, which I realized after reading the comments section for the latest page: In the background of the fifth panel, Jackalope Boy is holding Smitty back with one of his arms pressed against the Court Medium's chest. Is this to let Annie and Ysengrin have some privacy, or does he sense an upcoming danger from the conversation Smitty cannot see?
I thought he was just pointing out something cool for Smitty off to one side.
That was my immediate impression as well.
http://www.mansionofe.comBut when you point you usually look in the direction you're pointing.
Writer, or something. And... a button? 🖲️so if we take the "Coyote never lies" thing as truth for a bit, his earlier comment that nobody would mourn him if he died paints his relationship with Donny even more depressingly. Donny may very well be his only friend, but What of Donny's view? Is it an obligation? Some kind of duty? "I'm the only one he trusts like this, so I should take care of him best I can, keep him from hurting antimony any more, for whatever little good that's worth?"
"Coffee! Coffeecoffeecoffee! Coffee! Not as strong as Meth-amphetamine, but it lets you keep your teeth!"'Never lies' is not the same as 'tells the truth'. In this case Coyote does not have a full grasp of the situation, and was simply wrong.
Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise.
@hcobb: Didn't you know that Antimony set her hearthstone to Gillitie Woods, and not the court?
She can't port; she's stuck walking everywhere!
