• Alternate Character Interpretation: Was Mia truly the protagonist's childhood friend, or was she trying to gaslight him into a relationship?
• Esoteric Happy Ending: Even in the best ending, Mia probably will never be healed and will likely be institutionalized even as an adult, also making it impossible for the protagonist to have a healthy, full relationship.
• Nightmare Fuel: Mia's Yandere face is slightly less creepy than Jack's.
• Squick: Mia licking your blood of her calculator. The CG picture does not help.
