• Harsher in Hindsight: Weegee's comment on Boyfriend's fame burning out quickly was sadly somewhat poorly timed (or intentional, it's hard to tell). The game and the fandom is still going strong, but sadly by the mod's release the fandom was already experiencing the inevitable toxicity and low-effort content from a small minority that comes with all fandoms. Couple with the also inevitable Hype Backlash and several famous mods being taken down because of that toxicity, Weegee's comment is perhaps more true than he realises.
