Given that in the real world, our Moon drives the ocean's tides due to its gravity, such massive destruction is bound to massively rebalance these gravitational effects on the planet itself, potentially generating tsunamis and the like. And that is before the possibility that debris from the destroyed moons are going to eventually rain over the planet itself, much like the original Endor Holocaust, except worse.
