- Jerkass Woobie: The Golden Samurai might've almost killed the innocent Strange Girl, but it was due to her being framed by Coolgirl, who was the real serial killer. It hurts even more to see her Heartfelt Apology rejected by V and Strange Girl after all is said and done.
- Les Yay:
- V's and Strange Girl's relationship borders on this once Strange Girl admits that she enjoys getting V tied up.
- There's also some between V and Laura Strad, especially with the latter offering to team up and admitting that she does, in fact, have a vampire fetish. There's also the moment where they exchange V Signs near the end.
- They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character: Name Princess receives the least amount of focus of the cast, so we don't really know much about her and she doesn't receive closure after being defeated by the Golden Samurai.
