YMMV / Total Drama Domination

• The Scrappy: Josee was not liked due to refusing to back down from the Jerkass attitude she carried from canon despite it clearly hurting her game, as well as being ridiculously overconfident and refusing to change her strategy from canon, which no longer works on a Survivor like season like this. Her elevated level in rudeness in her last chapter in spite of not contributing anything of note herself led to her elimination being celebrated repeatedly.
• Unintentionally Sympathetic:
  • Devin was portrayed as being the bad guy in this story over his breakup with Carrie, yet Carrie was the one who announced the breakup, and he tried to patch things up with her, but she refused to listen. Even after he stopped being a jerk, Carrie still wouldn't give him a chance.
  • Keith is portrayed as a violent Entitled Bastard and attempted murderer over Sky dumping him for Dave, yet it's not unreasonable for Keith to be upset over suddenly being dumped on national TV by a girl that seemed to sincerely miss him in her audition tape.
• What Do You Mean, It's for Kids?: The story is rated T despite containing multiple rape scenes, heavy swearing (including an uncensored N word from the white Sugar), gruesome and sometimes graphic violence (including a few deaths), and lots of other questionable matters.
