- Anti-Climax Boss: An unfortunate effect of having what should have been a two-part season finale be used as an end-of-season cliffhanger. The previous episode made it look like Trigon would be the Big Bad of Season 2 and our heroes charged with saving the world. Instead, he's defeated in less than a single episode.
