• Awesome Music: The soundtrack by Isaiah Ferguson for "Edward's Saga" is an excellent cinematic reimagining of Mike O'Donnell and Junior Campbell's score. The biggest stand-out of the soundtrack is "Nothing Can Stop Him Now", a glorious mashup of Edward's triumphant theme from "Edward's Exploit" and a Thomas-styled version of "Nothing Can Stop Us Now" from The Little Engine That Could, which is a perfect fit for one of Edward's most triumphant moments from the show.
• Hilarious in Hindsight: All those Star Wars references made in previous videos make a lot more sense now that Tug's branched off into Star Wars retrospectives.
• Memetic Mutation:
  • His explanation for why Sir Handel was absent for the last few classic seasons:
    Fat Controller: I'm banishing you to the Shadow Realm!
    Sir Handel: NOOOOOOoooo!
    Fat Controller: Much bettah!
  • After he released the Thomas Debunked short about how the engines' faces are implied to be on hinges, it became a Running Gag among fan animators to show the engines unhinging their faces, particularly the scene in "Thomas' Train" when Thomas looks back and realizes that he left his train behind.
