• Funny Moments: Going to see Dupont as Oscar can result in not only a Shout-Out to Contradiction featuring Jenks' trademark "Have you seen THIS", but Dupont showing Oscar photos of Ellis and Dorota and making them kiss, asking if this means anything to him.
• Heartwarming Moments: If you save Ellis, she tells you, "Heroes don't always get on the news, but they always burn bright in the hearts of the people they save." She also kisses you. Twice.
• Jerkass Woobie: Ellis. She is having affairs with both Dorota and Poe, both of which are in relationships and the latter of which has a wife and kids. She then comes onto Sam, even after Poe has declared he will leave his wife for her and implies she is now more interested in Sam. However, Dorota then gets murdered, she attracts unwanted attention from Zak (who wants her to pose nude for him) and then she becomes a target of the same person who killed Dorota. And if you don't save her she can die the same way as Dorota: strangled with a gold coin in her mouth.
• Stock Footage Failure: You can change into Bronwyn and sneak into her room to look for evidence. The real Bronwyn will then knock on the door and say she's coming in, believing you to be Violet. If you open the door, Bronwyn will think she has a doppelgänger and faint. Unfortunately, the shot of "Bronwyn" opening the door is obviously taken from a scene that happens later in the game.
• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character: Agent X says you must "never, ever change into a child". You later encounter a little girl named Sophia. The game doesn't allow you to change into her, so we don't get to see how the other characters would react to her.
