• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot: To end the story at an even 200 chapters, the author skipped over Scarlet's trial and the trials of Toth and Ubimelech. While the former can be waved off as Scarlet pleading "no contest" (which would be very much in-character), the latter leaves the fanbase disappointed and angry because there's now no rational explanation for why they were so desperate to have both OG Scarlet and Current Scarlet hunted down, killed, and have their souls shoved into a torture chamber that would suck away their "enlightenment" until it was all gone.
