• Unintentional Period Piece: When Stan is told to plug in the Piano, he starts throwing light bulbs out of the chandelier to attempt to plug it in, before Ollie plugs it in the socket in the wall, the joke was that in the 1900s to the 1920s electric lights were the only source of electricity and so devices were plugged into lights with screw in adaptors.
