Catharsis Factor: After having to watch Lincoln and his friends suffer losing dodgeball games over and over again in past episodes, it's quite cathartic watching Clyde pummel their opponents in this episode. Even when it seems like the gang is about to lose against the eighth graders, Clyde comes in and saves them at the last minute. While the ending does imply that they're not out of the woods just yet with Bolhofner pairing them up against a viking team, the episode ends here so fortunately, we don't get to see their suffering for a change.
